Effective Date: August 15th 2026

These Affiliate Program Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern participation in the Comfylids Affiliate Program (“Program”) operated by Boutique Comfylids Inc. (“Comfylids,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

By applying to, participating in, or continuing to participate in the Program, you (“Affiliate,” “you,” or “your”) agree to these Terms.

Comfylids reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued participation in the Program following any modification constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

1. Affiliate Program

The Program allows approved affiliates to promote Comfylids products through approved promotional methods and receive commissions on qualifying sales attributed to the Affiliate through the Program's tracking system.

Participation in the Program is subject to Comfylids' approval and is a revocable privilege, not a right.

Comfylids may approve, reject, suspend, or terminate any Affiliate at its sole discretion, subject to applicable law.

2. Brand, Trademark & Intellectual Property

“Comfylids,” “ComfyLids,” and any other Comfylids trademarks, trade names, logos, product names, slogans, copyrighted materials, images, creative assets, or other intellectual property may not be used in a manner that suggests the Affiliate owns, operates, represents, or is officially affiliated with Comfylids beyond participation in the Affiliate Program.

Affiliates may not:

• Register or purchase domains containing “Comfylids” or confusingly similar variations.
• Create social media accounts, pages, profiles, or handles using Comfylids trademarks without written permission.
• Use Comfylids trademarks in misleading advertisements.
• Modify or alter Comfylids logos or branding without permission.
• Represent themselves as Comfylids employees, representatives, agents, or authorized resellers unless expressly authorized in writing.
• Use Comfylids branding in a manner that could confuse customers regarding the source of the advertisement.

3. Strict Prohibition on Branded Paid Search

Affiliates are strictly prohibited from bidding on Comfylids branded search terms.

This prohibition applies regardless of whether the Affiliate uses an affiliate tracking link.

Affiliates may not purchase, bid on, target, or otherwise advertise against Comfylids branded keywords or variations of those keywords through Google Ads, Microsoft Advertising/Bing Ads, or any other paid search or keyword advertising platform.

Prohibited branded terms include, without limitation:

• Comfylids
• ComfyLids
• Comfy Lids
• Comfylids eye mask
• Comfylids heated eye mask
• Comfylids mask
• Comfylids PRO
• Comfylids Pro
• Comfylids Silk
• Comfylids Wireless
• Comfylids coupon
• Comfylids discount
• Comfylids promo
• Comfylids Canada
• Comfylids reviews
• Comfylids sale
• Comfylids official
• Comfylids website

This prohibition also applies to:

• Misspellings
• Typos
• Plural or singular variations
• Hyphenated or non-hyphenated variations
• Keyword combinations containing Comfylids
• Product names containing or associated with Comfylids
• Trademark variations
• Other terms that are confusingly similar to Comfylids branded searches

This restriction applies even if the advertising platform classifies the keyword as broad match, phrase match, or otherwise does not explicitly display the exact branded term as a purchased keyword.

Affiliates are responsible for ensuring their keyword targeting and campaign settings do not result in prohibited branded traffic.

4. No Paid Search Using Affiliate Tracking

Affiliates may not use Comfylids affiliate tracking links, referral parameters, tracking redirects, or other affiliate attribution mechanisms in paid search advertising unless Comfylids has provided prior written authorization.

This includes, without limitation:

• Google Ads
• Microsoft/Bing Ads
• Search engine advertising
• Shopping advertisements
• Performance Max campaigns
• Dynamic search advertising
• Retargeting/search campaigns
• Paid keyword campaigns
• Any other paid advertising platform where a user may click an advertisement and subsequently be attributed to an Affiliate

Affiliates may not append, inject, preserve, or otherwise transmit an affiliate tracking identifier through paid advertisements, including parameters such as ref=, affiliate IDs, tracking IDs, or equivalent identifiers.

5. No Circumvention of Paid Search Restrictions

Affiliates may not circumvent these restrictions by:

• Using broad-match keywords to capture branded searches.
• Using negative-keyword strategies that intentionally allow Comfylids branded searches to trigger advertisements.
• Using misspellings or variations of Comfylids.
• Using automated keyword expansion that results in Comfylids branded traffic.
• Using a third-party advertising agency or contractor to conduct prohibited advertising on the Affiliate's behalf.
• Using another affiliate account to conduct advertising.
• Redirecting paid traffic through another website, domain, affiliate network, or tracking service.
• Using cloaking, redirects, tracking templates, or URL parameters to conceal the source or nature of the traffic.
• Creating another account or identity to circumvent these Terms.

The Affiliate remains responsible for advertising conducted by any agency, contractor, employee, partner, or other third party acting on the Affiliate's behalf.

6. Direct Linking & Landing Pages

Unless expressly authorized by Comfylids in writing, Affiliates may not use paid advertisements to directly link to Comfylids through affiliate tracking URLs.

Affiliates may not create landing pages designed to imitate Comfylids' official website or create a misleading impression that the Affiliate is the official Comfylids website.

Any Affiliate-created landing page must clearly identify itself as an independent Affiliate website or promotional channel.

7. Organic Search

Affiliates may promote Comfylids through legitimate organic search engine optimization (“SEO”), provided that the Affiliate does not:

• Engage in deceptive SEO practices.
• Misrepresent itself as Comfylids.
• Use prohibited trademark domains.
• Create misleading pages targeting Comfylids branded searches.
• Scrape or reproduce Comfylids website content without permission.
• Use paid search advertising to capture Comfylids branded traffic.

Comfylids reserves the right to require an Affiliate to modify or remove content that infringes Comfylids' intellectual property or creates customer confusion.

8. Affiliate Links & Tracking

Affiliate links must be used only through the tracking system and methods approved by Comfylids.

Affiliates may not:

• Modify affiliate tracking links in a manner that interferes with attribution.
• Hide the identity of the Affiliate from Comfylids or the affiliate network.
• Use tracking links in prohibited advertising.
• Place affiliate links in software, browser extensions, toolbars, malware, or other unauthorized technology.
• Use automated clicks, bots, scripts, or other artificial traffic-generation methods.
• Manipulate cookies or tracking mechanisms.
• Create artificial clicks or conversions.

9. Coupon Codes & Promotional Methods

Affiliates may only advertise coupon codes and promotions that have been provided or approved by Comfylids.

Affiliates may not:

• Create unauthorized Comfylids coupon codes.
• Misrepresent expired promotions.
• Advertise discounts that are not actually available.
• Use coupon-code manipulation to overwrite another Affiliate's legitimate attribution.
• Use browser extensions or software to automatically apply affiliate tracking or coupon codes without the customer's informed action.

10. Prohibited Traffic & Activities

Affiliates may not generate commissions through:

• Fraudulent transactions.
• Self-referrals.
• Purchases made primarily to generate commissions.
• Fake accounts.
• Automated traffic.
• Bots or click farms.
• Forced clicks.
• Cookie stuffing.
• Misleading redirects.
• Misleading advertisements.
• Spam.
• Phishing.
• Malware.
• Unauthorized software.
• Incentivized traffic unless expressly approved by Comfylids.
• Any method designed to artificially generate commissions or interfere with another Affiliate's attribution.

Affiliates must comply with all applicable laws, advertising standards, privacy requirements, and platform policies.

11. Attribution & Commission Eligibility

A commission is payable only when a transaction is legitimately attributed to the Affiliate through the Program's tracking system and otherwise complies with these Terms.

Comfylids reserves the right to reject, reverse, or withhold commissions where:

• The transaction resulted from prohibited advertising.
• The Affiliate violated these Terms.
• The transaction was fraudulent or suspicious.
• The Affiliate used unauthorized paid advertising.
• The Affiliate used branded paid search.
• The Affiliate used unauthorized affiliate tracking.
• The Affiliate attempted to overwrite another Affiliate's attribution.
• The transaction was cancelled, refunded, returned, or otherwise determined not to be eligible.

The appearance of an Affiliate tracking identifier on a transaction does not by itself guarantee that a commission is payable.

Comfylids may investigate the source of traffic and may request reasonable information or evidence from an Affiliate regarding traffic sources and promotional methods.

12. Compliance Verification

Comfylids may request information reasonably necessary to verify an Affiliate's compliance with these Terms.

This may include:

• Advertising account information.
• Campaign information.
• Keyword lists.
• Search-term reports.
• Final URLs.
• Tracking templates.
• Screenshots.
• Landing pages.
• Traffic sources.
• Promotional methods.

Affiliates must cooperate with reasonable compliance requests.

Failure to provide requested information may result in suspension or termination of the Affiliate account and/or withholding of commissions while the matter is investigated.

13. Termination & Deactivation

Comfylids may suspend or terminate an Affiliate's participation in the Program at any time, including where Comfylids reasonably believes that the Affiliate has violated these Terms.

Upon termination or deactivation:

• The Affiliate must immediately stop representing themselves as an active Comfylids Affiliate.
• The Affiliate must immediately stop using Comfylids affiliate links.
• The Affiliate must immediately remove Comfylids affiliate tracking parameters from advertising campaigns and promotional materials.
• The Affiliate must immediately discontinue any paid advertising that uses Comfylids affiliate tracking.
• The Affiliate must stop using any promotional materials supplied exclusively for the Affiliate Program.
• The Affiliate must remove or disable any affiliate tracking mechanisms under their control.

Termination or deactivation does not permit the Affiliate to continue using Comfylids affiliate links, tracking parameters, or attribution mechanisms after termination.

14. Post-Termination Tracking

Following termination or deactivation, the Affiliate may not knowingly allow any traffic, clicks, conversions, or transactions to continue being attributed to their former Comfylids Affiliate account.

This includes affiliate tracking that remains active through:

• Google Ads
• Microsoft Ads
• Websites
• Landing pages
• Tracking templates
• Redirects
• Third-party advertising platforms
• Browser extensions
• Software
• Email campaigns
• Social media campaigns
• Other promotional channels

If tracking remains active after termination or deactivation, Comfylids may reject or reverse commissions associated with that tracking.

15. Paid Search Compliance After Termination

After an Affiliate is suspended, terminated, or deactivated, the Affiliate must immediately cease all paid advertising activities that use Comfylids affiliate tracking or attribution.

If an Affiliate continues operating paid advertising that directs users to Comfylids, the Affiliate must ensure that:

1. No Comfylids affiliate tracking is used;
2. No Comfylids affiliate identifier is transmitted;
3. No conversion can be attributed to the former Affiliate account; and
4. The advertising does not otherwise violate these Terms.

Comfylids may require evidence demonstrating that such tracking has been removed.

16. Intellectual Property

All Comfylids trademarks, logos, product images, website content, videos, graphics, copy, and other intellectual property remain the property of Comfylids or its licensors.

Participation in the Program does not grant the Affiliate ownership of any Comfylids intellectual property.

Any permission to use Comfylids materials may be revoked at any time.

17. Advertising Standards

Affiliate advertisements must be truthful, accurate, and not misleading.

Affiliates may not make unsupported claims about Comfylids products, including medical, health, performance, safety, or therapeutic claims that have not been approved by Comfylids.

Affiliates may not make claims that are inconsistent with Comfylids' approved product information or advertising.

18. No Misrepresentation

Affiliates may not represent that they are:

• Comfylids;
• An employee of Comfylids;
• An official Comfylids representative;
• The owner or operator of Comfylids;
• The official Comfylids website; or
• An exclusive Comfylids distributor,

unless expressly authorized in writing.

19. Responsibility for Third Parties

An Affiliate is responsible for the actions of any third party acting on its behalf, including advertising agencies, freelancers, media buyers, contractors, partners, and other service providers.

Hiring a third party does not relieve the Affiliate of responsibility for compliance with these Terms.

20. Violations

If Comfylids determines that an Affiliate has violated these Terms, Comfylids may take one or more of the following actions:

• Reject commissions.
• Reverse previously approved commissions.
• Withhold pending commissions while investigating.
• Suspend the Affiliate account.
• Terminate the Affiliate relationship.
• Require removal of advertising or promotional materials.
• Require the Affiliate to cease specific promotional activities.
• Restrict the Affiliate from reapplying to the Program.

Comfylids' determination regarding whether traffic or transactions comply with these Terms will be made in good faith based on available information and applicable Program rules.

21. No Guarantee of Commission

Participation in the Program does not guarantee any particular level of traffic, sales, revenue, or commissions.

Comfylids may change product availability, pricing, promotions, commission rates, or Program structure at any time, subject to applicable law and any applicable notice requirements.

22. Changes to the Program

Comfylids may modify, suspend, or discontinue the Program at any time.

Comfylids may update these Terms from time to time. Affiliates are responsible for reviewing the current Terms.

Continued participation after updated Terms become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

23. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws applicable in the Province of Quebec and the applicable federal laws of Canada.

Any dispute arising from these Terms shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the applicable courts of Quebec, unless otherwise required by law.

24. Acceptance

By participating in the Comfylids Affiliate Program, the Affiliate acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms.

In particular, the Affiliate acknowledges and agrees that:

• Comfylids branded paid search is prohibited.
• Affiliates may not bid on Comfylids branded keywords or variations.
• Affiliate tracking may not be used in prohibited paid advertising.
• Affiliate accounts may be terminated or deactivated for violations.
• Affiliate tracking must be removed immediately following termination or deactivation.
• Commissions generated through prohibited traffic or activity may be rejected, reversed, or withheld.

Comfylids reserves all rights not expressly granted under these Terms.
