1. Overview

By joining the Cycolinks Affiliate Program, you agree to promote our brand in a fair, ethical, and transparent way. These terms are designed to protect both Cycolinks and our affiliates while ensuring high-quality traffic and long-term growth.

We reserve the right to approve, reject, or remove affiliates at our discretion.

2. Approved Promotion Methods

Affiliates are welcome to promote Cycolinks using:

• Personal websites or blogs

• Social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, etc.)

• Email marketing (to opt-in audiences only)

• Genuine content creation (reviews, styling, lifestyle content)

All promotion must be authentic and add value.

3. Strictly Prohibited Activities

The following activities are NOT allowed and will result in immediate removal and forfeiture of commissions:

3.1 Brand Bidding (Paid Ads)

Affiliates may NOT run paid ads targeting:

• “Cycolinks”

• “Cycolinks.com”

• Any variation, misspelling, or branded keyword

This includes:

• Google Ads

• Bing Ads

• TikTok Ads

• Facebook Ads

• Any paid search or display platform

3.2 Coupon & Discount Abuse

Affiliates may NOT:

• Promote Cycolinks on coupon or deal websites without permission

• Use publicly available discount codes to claim commission

• Mislead customers with fake or expired discounts

Only official affiliate-issued codes may be used.

3.3 Traffic Hijacking

Affiliates may NOT:

• Intercept or redirect traffic that would otherwise come directly to Cycolinks

• Use browser extensions, popups, or forced redirects

• Engage in cookie stuffing or tracking manipulation

3.4 Misrepresentation

Affiliates may NOT:

• Pretend to be Cycolinks or represent themselves as the brand

• Use our branding, logos, or identity in a misleading way

• Claim false partnerships or ownership

3.5 Low-Quality or Spam Traffic

Prohibited sources include:

• Spam emails or messages

• Fake accounts or bot traffic

• Incentivized or misleading clicks

• Arbitrage traffic with no genuine user intent

4. Commission Rules

• Commission is paid only on valid, genuine customer purchases

• We reserve the right to:

  • Reject suspicious or low-quality orders

  • Reverse commissions linked to prohibited activity

• No commission will be paid on:

  • Self-purchases

  • Refunded or cancelled orders

  • Orders generated via prohibited methods

5. Affiliate Approval & Monitoring

• All affiliates are subject to manual review

• We may request:

  • Your promotion methods

  • Links to your content or platforms

• Accounts may be:

  • Suspended

  • Restricted

  • Removed

At any time without prior notice if violations are suspected.

6. Payment Terms

• Payments are issued once:

  • Minimum thresholds are met

  • Orders are confirmed (no refunds/chargebacks)

• Payment timing may vary depending on performance and verification checks

7. Termination

Cycolinks reserves the right to:

• Terminate any affiliate account at any time

• Cancel unpaid commissions if terms are violated

8. Updates to Terms

We may update these terms at any time. Continued participation in the program means you accept any updated terms.
