Affiliate Program Terms and Conditions
1. Introduction

2. Eligibility

3. Commission & Payment
- Affiliates will earn a commission on sales made through their unique referral link.
- The commission rate is 10% per sale (excluding shipping, taxes, and discounts).
- Payments will be made via bank transfer into a UK bank account within 14 days of the affiliate requesting payment in writing.
- A minimum payout threshold of £20 applies. If the threshold is not met, earnings will roll over to the next payout period.
- Commissions will not be paid on refunded, canceled, or fraudulent transactions.
4. Promotional Guidelines
- Affiliates may promote Dance Festival Apparel UK (DFAUK) via blogs, websites, social media, email marketing, and other ethical marketing channels.
- Affiliates may not use misleading, false, or deceptive advertising.
- Affiliates must comply with all applicable advertising laws and regulations.
- Use of paid advertising (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook Ads) to bid on our brand name or variations is prohibited unless explicitly authorized.
- Affiliates may not create social media pages or websites that appear to be official DFAUK pages.
5. Prohibited Activities
Affiliates agree NOT to:
- Engage in spamming, cookie stuffing, or any fraudulent tactics to generate sales.
- Promote our products on websites that contain adult content, illegal activities, or anything that violates applicable laws.
- Use discount codes not explicitly provided to them.
- Impersonate DFAUK or falsely claim to be an official representative.
6. Intellectual Property & Brand Guidelines
- Affiliates are granted a limited, non-exclusive, revocable license to use DFAUK logos, images, and promotional materials solely for affiliate marketing purposes.
- Affiliates may not alter, modify, or misuse any brand assets.
- DFAUK retains full ownership of all intellectual property.
7. Termination
- Either party may terminate this agreement at any time, with or without cause.
- If an affiliate engages in prohibited activities or violates these terms, their account will be terminated immediately, and any unpaid commissions may be forfeited.
- Upon termination, the affiliate must remove all promotional materials and cease representing themselves as an affiliate of DFAUK.
8. Liability & Indemnification
- DFAUK is not responsible for any losses, damages, or expenses incurred as a result of participation in the affiliate program.
- Affiliates agree to indemnify and hold DFAUK harmless from any claims, liabilities, or legal actions arising from their marketing efforts.
9. Modifications to Terms
- We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Affiliates will be notified of any significant changes.
- Continued participation in the program constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
10. Governing Law
- This agreement shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of The United Kingdom.
- Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of England.
