1. General

These Terms and Conditions (the "Affiliate Agreement") govern the Influencer Partnership Program that is made available by DeepSolution.co These Terms and Conditions represent the whole agreement and understanding between Deep Solution and you.

Please read this agreement careful as it represents a legally binding agreement between you and Website.com. By submitting your application and by your use of the Influencer Partnership Program, you agree to comply with all of the terms and conditions set out in this Agreement. DeepSolution.co may terminate your Affiliate Account at any time, with or without notice, for conduct that is in breach of this Influencer Partnership Program, for conduct that DeepSolution.co believes is harmful to its business, or for conduct where the use of the Program is harmful to any other party.

2. Affiliate Fees and Payouts

A referral will become eligible for payout through Paypal at the end of the next calendar month if it meets all of these criteria:

1. The referral's account remains active and in good standing.
2. The referral's account has not had any of its payments refunded, charged back or otherwise reversed.

All web page error requests (such as 403 errors or 404 errors) will direct traffic to a default Website.com error page. This error page informs visitors that the web page they are looking for cannot be found, and may include, but without limitation to, the following:

1. Links to additional products and services offered by Deep Solution.
2. Advertisements for products and services offered by third-parties.
3. An internet search engine interface.

Failure to meet any of these criteria will permanently void the referral and disqualify the referral from any potential payouts.

3. Termination

The Influencer may terminate the their participation in the Influencer Partnership Program with immediate effect by giving the other party a written notice of termination at any time.

DeepSolution.co reserves the right to terminate the Influencer's participation in the Influencer Partnership Program at any time for conduct that is in material breach of this Agreement or for conduct that DeepSolution.co in its sole discretion, deems to be harmful to its business or any third party.

Upon termination, the Influencer will lose access to its Affiliate Dashboard and will forfeit all potential or unpaid Affiliate Fees.

4. Advertisements

Deep Solution.co hereby grants the Affiliate a non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to use the DeepSolution.co logos for the sole purpose of promoting our service within the context of the Affiliate Program. This license will expire upon termination of the Influencer's participation in the Influencer Partnership Program.

The Affiliate may only display advertisements that contain Deep Solution's logos or service marks in good taste. The Influencer may not use DeepSolution.co's logos or service marks in a manner that, in DeepSolution.co's sole discretion, portrays DeepSolution.co in negative light.

The Influencer will be solely responsible for its own marketing activities. All marketing activities must be professional and in full compliance with all applicable laws.

7. Limitation of Liability

The Influencer Partnership Program is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis and the use of the Influencer Partnership Program is at the Affiliate's own risk. DeepSolution.co makes no representations or warranties, either expressed or implied, with respect to the Influencer Partnership Program, or any service or information provided through the Influencer Partnership Program.

DeepSolution.co is not responsible for any damages, injury or economic loss arising from the use of Influencer Partnership Program. Should any part of the Influencer Partnership Program cause damage or inconvenience to the Affiliate or anyone claiming through the Affiliate, the Affiliate assumes responsibility and the entire cost for them.

The Affiliate will indemnify and hold harmless DeepSolution.co, its directors, officers, employees, agents, subsidiaries, and third parties from and against any losses, damages, liabilities, claims, judgments, settlements, fines, costs and expenses (including reasonable related expenses, legal fees, costs of investigation) arising out of or relating to the Affiliate's or any third party's operations or use of the Influencer Partnership Program.

This Privacy Policy of Secomapp about Affiliate Marketing system describes how we may collect and use personal data and the rights granted to merchants, affiliates and customers regarding their respective data.

By joining the Affiliate program, you signify your approval of the terms set out in this Privacy Policy, and other terms and conditions. If you do not agree to this Privacy Policy, you must not use the affiliate marketing system.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time in order to reflect, for example, changes to our privacy practices or for other operational, legal, or regulatory reasons. By continuing to our affiliate program after these changes are posted, you agree to the revised policy.

Personal Information Controller

Any personal information provided to or gathered by Secomapp under this Privacy Notice will be stored and controlled by Secomapp (the data controller).

Information collected from Merchants

When merchant uses the app, we are automatically able to access certain types of information from your Shopify account such as email, first name, last name, shop information (shop domain, shop currency, shop address …). We collect this information to provide you with our Services; for example, to confirm your identity, contact you, provide customer support when you contact us, provide you with advertising and marketing activities.

Information collected from Affiliates

When an Affiliate signs up to join a program, we collect some information to inform merchants such as email, personal information, payment details and social network information,...The information would help merchant evaluate affiliate background and potential, along with process specific activities within the app and contact affiliate if needed.

Information collected from Customers when visiting merchant website

In order to track referral order, when customers visit merchant website and make a purchase, Secomapp system will collect information of order such as total order, order items, order ID,....

About Cookies

Ensuring your privacy is important to us. We do not share your personal information with third parties except as described in this privacy policy. We may share your personal information with third-party service providers who we employ to process specific functions; examples include providing email marketing activity, analyzing data and other marketing support,... Third-party service providers have access to personal information only as needed to perform their functions and they must process the personal information in accordance with this Privacy Policy.

We may also disclose your personal information to any third party with your prior consent.

Use of Secomapp app by Children

Secomapp is not intended for children. If you are under 13, you may use the affiliate marketing system only with the supervision of your parent or guardian.

Your Rights

Secomapp understands that you have rights over your personal information, and takes reasonable steps to allow you to access, correct, amend, delete, port, or limit the use of your personal information. If you are using the system and wish to exercise these right, please contact us through lsapparel12@gmail.com. We may require that you provide us with acceptable verification of your identity before providing access to such information.

If you are an affiliate and wish to exercise these rights, please contact the merchant you interacted with directly — we serve as a processor on their behalf, and can only forward your request to them to allow them to respond.
