Affiliate Program Terms and Conditions

By participating in the Deresina Headwear Affiliate Program ("Program"), you agree to comply with the following terms and conditions:

1. Eligibility: The Program is open to individuals, blogs, and charities that promote our products through approved marketing channels. Deresina Headwear reserves the right to approve or reject any application for affiliate status at its sole discretion.

2. Commission Structure: Affiliates will receive a commission between 5% to 15% of the total purchase amount (excluding taxes and shipping fees) for each sale referred through their unique affiliate link or coupon code. The commission rate will be determined based on the affiliate's performance and agreement with Deresina Headwear.

3. Payment Terms: Commission payments will be made 35 days after the customer's purchase is confirmed. Payments will be issued via Direct Debit or Bank Wire transfer to the affiliate's registered bank account. Only bank accounts registered under the affiliate's name will be eligible to receive payments. Returned or refunded orders will not be eligible for Affiliate payments. The minimum payout threshold for commission payments is £10. If an affiliate's earned commissions do not reach this threshold in a given payment period, the amount will be carried over and added to the next month's payment. Once the threshold is met or exceeded, the affiliate will be eligible for payment according to the payment schedule.

4. Charity Donations: Charities registered as affiliates will receive a commission up to 15% on each sale referred through their affiliate link or coupon code. The commission will be treated as a donation to the charity, and payments will be made accordingly.

5. Marketing Guidelines: Affiliates must adhere to the marketing guidelines provided by Deresina Headwear. This includes accurately representing our products and brand, complying with applicable laws and regulations, and refraining from engaging in any deceptive or unethical marketing practices.

6. Termination: Deresina Headwear reserves the right to terminate an affiliate's participation in the Program at any time for violation of these terms and conditions or for any other reason deemed appropriate by Deresina Headwear.

7. Modification of Terms: Deresina Headwear reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. Affiliates are responsible for regularly reviewing the terms and conditions to ensure compliance.
