Price Ambassadors team! Thanks for joining our affiliate program. The following
terms and conditions apply to individuals (“you” or “affiliate”) who are
using Destock Price affiliate program (“we”, “us”, "program" or
“merchant”). By participating in the program, the affiliate agrees to these terms
and conditions. If you do not agree to these terms and conditions in their entirety,
you are not authorized to register as an affiliate or participate in the program
in any manner. When using this program, you guarantee that you are at
least 16 years old.
▶ REGISTRATION APPROVAL OR REJECTION
We reserve
the right to approve or reject ANY affiliate registration at our sole and
absolute discretion. Rejected applicants will have no legal recourse against us for the
rejection of their registration.
▶ AFFILIATE LINKS
Your
affiliate link is automatically generated, but you can also generate an
affiliate link for a specific product or collection. If a customer clicks on different ambassador's referral links, only the last link will be taken into account.
▶ AFFILIATE PROMO CODE
Some affiliates
have the option to promote a promo code to their customers. This promo code
allows your customers to benefit from a discount when they buy on our site. If
a customer uses both, the affiliate link and the promo code, you will
not receive a double commission. If no promo
code is assigned to you, then you are not allowed to promote our promotional
codes and you must only use your affiliate link.
▶ AFFILIATE ENGAGEMENT
- Affiliates must advertise their links/promo codes/our brand or products on online channels
such as Facebook, Instagram, etc, or through offline classified channel ads, magazines, and
newspapers.
- Affiliates should generate more than 20 referral orders from 20 different clients per
year.
- Affiliates must not use their links for their own purchases on our website. You will not
receive any commission for your own purchases. However, you can use your
promotional code to get a discount just like any other customer.
▶ COMMISSIONS AND PAYMENTS
For affiliates to receive a commission, they need to specify their payment details in the settings section. The
calculation of the commission depends on the value of the order and does not include
additional costs (taxes, shipping costs, ...). Please also note that some products may have a special commission rate. Payments will only be made for transactions that have been completed successfully. Transactions that result in chargebacks or refunds will not be taken into consideration. The use of the affiliate program is subject to a fair use policy which gives us the right to review each referral order. The commission status is displayed in the commission tab, and any commission paid will be listed in the payment tab.
We pay all commissions monthly. The affiliate must reach a minimum amount of 20 euros before receiving the commissions.
▶ MARKETING TOOLS
We may share
marketing tools such as banners, logos, or specific promotional tools with you
through the marketing tools tab. You can download or get the HTML embedded code to share them with your audience.
▶ COOKIES
We use
cookies to track who has clicked on your link, so cookies must be
accepted. If a person does not allow cookies or clear their
cookies, we will not be able to track them anymore. In this case, you will not receive a
commission on the activity of that person.
The duration
of cookie tracking is 15 days. This tracking will start from the moment a customer clicks on the affiliate link or uses your promo code. For the duration of the cookie, each order made by the customer
will automatically result in commissions for the affiliate (the customer does not need to click on the affiliate link again).
▶ REMOVAL FROM THE AFFILIATE PROGRAM
If an
affiliate wishes to be removed from our affiliate program, he/she can do so by
contacting us: shop@destockprice.com.
We reserve the right to inactivate or delete any account that doesn’t respect our terms and conditions.
