Mommies Depot Affiliate Program Terms and Conditions

1. Eligibility:

   • You must be 18 years or older to join the affiliate program.
   • Your application to the program must be approved by Mommies Depot.
   • We specifically approve affiliates who post content related to mommies, pregnancy, baby care, parenting, toys, and similar topics.

2. Commission:

   • Affiliates earn a 10% commission on total referral sales.
   • Commissions are earned when a customer makes a purchase through your affiliate link.

3. Payments:

   • Commissions are paid out monthly, on the first of each month, for the previous month’s referrals.
   • A minimum threshold of $50 must be reached before commissions are paid out.
   • Payments are made via PayPal. Affiliates are responsible for providing accurate payment details.

4. Promotional Methods:

   • Affiliates are encouraged to promote Mommies Depot products through their websites, blogs, social media, and other approved channels.
   • Affiliates must not engage in spamming or any unethical marketing practices.
   • Content should be relevant to mommies, pregnancy, baby care, parenting, toys, and related topics.

5. Cookie Duration:

   • A cookie duration of 30 days is set for affiliate referrals. If a customer makes a purchase within 30 days of clicking your affiliate link, you will earn a commission on that sale.

6. Termination:

   • Either party can terminate the affiliate agreement at any time, with or without cause.
   • Upon termination, all rights and licenses granted to the affiliate will immediately cease.

7. Modification:

   • Mommies Depot reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Affiliates will be notified of any changes via email.

8. Liability:

   • Mommies Depot is not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising in connection with this affiliate program.

9. Governing Law:

   • These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the United States.
