4. Promotion Guidelines

• Affiliates must not use nude, violent, or inappropriate images in their promotional materials.
• Only approved marketing materials can be used.
• Affiliates must disclose their affiliate relationship with Dr Jackson's Skincare to their audience in a clear and conspicuous manner.
• Affiliates must adhere to ethical marketing practices and accurately represent the Dr Jackson's Skincare brand and products.

5. Restrictions

Affiliates are prohibited from:

• Misrepresenting Dr Jackson's Skincare products or services.
• Using spam or deceptive practices to generate referrals.
• Engaging in fraudulent activities related to the Affiliate Program.

6. Termination

Dr Jackson's Skincare reserves the right to terminate an affiliate's participation in the program at any time for any reason, including but not limited to violation of these terms and conditions.

7. Liability

Participation in the Affiliate Program is at your own risk. Dr Jackson's Skincare shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your participation in the Affiliate Program.
