Cruise Crew is a dynamic clothing brand inspired by the thrill of the open road and the culture of classic and modern automobiles. Our collections capture the essence of car enthusiasts, blending comfort, style, and high-quality materials to create apparel that’s perfect for car shows, road trips, or everyday wear. From sleek, vintage designs to bold, contemporary styles, Cruise Crew offers something for everyone.
The following terms and conditions apply to individuals who are accessing or using the Program both as a merchant (“we” or “merchant”) and an affiliate (“you” or “affiliate”) who refers customers to use products or services from the merchant.
By participating in the Program, Affiliate agrees to use the Program in the manner specified in, and is bound by, these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these Terms and Conditions in their entirety, you are not authorized to register as an Affiliate or participate in the Program in any manner.
1. Program Overview and Eligibility
Our affiliate program aims to reward individuals who refer customers to our online store. To be eligible for the program, affiliates must have at least 1,000 followers across all platforms they intend to promote on.
2. Approval or Rejection of Registration
We reserve the right to approve or reject ANY Affiliate Program Registration in our sole and absolute discretion. You will have no legal recourse against us for the rejection of your Affiliate Program Registration.
3. Affiliate Links and Coupons
Affiliate Links: An affiliate link is automatically generated, but you can also generate an affiliate link for a specific product or collection. If a person clicks on someone else’s referral link and then later they click on yours, yours will be the one that counts.
Coupons: Affiliates might or might not be assigned a coupon code, with details and usage clarified on the Dashboard. If a customer clicks on the affiliate link and uses the coupon code, you will not receive a double commission. If you’re not assigned a branded coupon, then you’re not allowed to promote the coupon.
Promotion Channels: Affiliates may advertise the merchant's website on online channels such as Facebook, Instagram, or offline channels like classified ads, magazines, and newspapers.
4. Commissions and Payment
Commission Structure: You will earn a 10% commission on orders from $0 to $200 and a 15% commission on orders above $200.
Payment Methods: Affiliates need to update their payment details on the website.
Payment Frequency: Payments will be made fortnightly.
Threshold: There is no minimum earnings threshold; commissions for the two-week period will be paid regardless of the amount.
5. Marketing Tools
Affiliates can use all promotional media provided through the Marketing Tools channel. This includes banners, logos, and specific collection promotions.
6. Cookie Tracking
We use cookies to track people who have clicked on your link, so they need to have cookies enabled for us to track them.
Cookie Duration: The cookie duration is 30 days. The tracking period starts from the time a customer clicks on the affiliate’s link or uses the coupon. Within the cookie time, every order made by this customer on the merchant's website will automatically result in commissions to the affiliate.
7. Compliance and Ethics
Prohibited Activities: Affiliates must avoid any activities that would sully the brand's name or image. If affiliates are unsure about certain promotional methods, they can contact us at contact@cruisecrew.shop for review.
Advertising Standards: Affiliates are expected to adhere to ethical advertising practices and comply with all relevant laws and guidelines.
8. Indemnification and Liability
Indemnification: Affiliates agree to indemnify and hold harmless Cruise Crew from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from the affiliate’s actions. This means that affiliates will be responsible for any legal costs or damages incurred by Cruise Crew due to their actions.
9. Termination from the Referral Program
Affiliate Termination: Affiliates are expected to promote the brand/website at least once a month. Failure to do so may lead to termination from the program. If an affiliate wishes to be removed from the affiliate program, they can do so by contacting: contact@cruisecrew.shop.
Merchant Termination: The merchant reserves the right to terminate an affiliate’s participation at any time for reasons including, but not limited to, breach of these terms, inactivity, or misuse of the program.
Post-Termination: All pending commissions will be paid out upon termination.
10. Support and Training
Affiliates will receive one free item of clothing of their choosing to use for promotion. Additionally, guides on how to use the affiliate website are available for support.
11. Modification of Terms
Changes to the Program: Cruise Crew reserves the right to change these terms at any time. Affiliates will be notified of any changes via email.
Acceptance of Changes: Affiliates may object to the changes by contacting contact@cruisecrew.shop. Continued participation in the program constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
