Welcome to EasyPour Epoxy! Affiliate Program Terms and Conditions

These terms and conditions apply to individuals participating in the EasyPour Epoxy Affiliate Program both as a merchant (“we” or “merchant”) and an affiliate (“you” or “affiliate”). By participating in the Program, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.

1. Approve or Reject of the Registration We reserve the right to approve or reject ANY Affiliate Program Registration at our sole discretion. There is no legal recourse against us for the rejection of your Affiliate Program Registration.

2. Affiliate Links and Coupon Affiliate links are automatically generated. You can also generate an affiliate link for a specific product or collection. If a customer clicks on someone else’s referral link and then later on yours, the latter is the one that counts. Affiliates may or may not be assigned a coupon code. If a customer uses both the affiliate link and the coupon code, a double commission is not provided. Promotion of unassigned coupons is not allowed. Affiliates can advertise on online channels or offline mediums.

3. Commissions and Payment Earn a commission for referring customers to our website, based on the Commission structure. The commission is dependent on order value, excluding extra fees (tax, shipping, etc.). Payment details must be specified in Settings, with the schedule provided in the Affiliate Guide. Payments are made for completed transactions only. Transactions resulting in chargebacks or refunds are not eligible for payouts.

4. Marketing Tool We may share promotional media like banners, logos, or specific collection promotions, accessible through the Marketing tool tab. These can be downloaded or embedded from the platform.

5. Network If activated, affiliates can invite others to become downline affiliates. Commissions may also be earned from the sales generated by downline affiliates, as per the merchant's settings.

6. Cookie A cookie is used to track people who have clicked on your link. Commissions depend on the customer’s use of cookies. The cookie duration is specified on the Affiliate registration form.

7. Removal from Referral Program Affiliates wishing to exit the program can do so by contacting sales@easypourepoxy.com.

8. Use of Affiliate Content By participating, you grant EasyPour Epoxy the right to use, reproduce, modify, and publicly display any content you create and share as part of this program. This includes photos, videos, blog posts, and social media posts. We may use this content for promotional purposes and will provide credit to you as the creator. If you wish for specific content not to be used or have concerns about how your content is being used, please contact us at sales@easypourepoxy.com.
