Brand Ambassador Program Terms and Guidelines

Thank you for your interest in becoming a brand ambassador for Simply Rose Boutique.

By participating in our brand ambassador program, you agree to the following terms and guidelines:

1. Brand Ambassador Responsibilities:

a. Promote Simply Rose Boutique and its products/services in a positive and authentic manner on your social media platforms. 

b. Create engaging and high-quality content that aligns with Simply Rose Boutique's brand values and aesthetics.

c. Actively engage with your followers and respond to their comments and inquiries regarding Simply Rose Boutique.

d. Attend and actively participate in brand-related events, campaigns, and initiatives as requested by Simply Rose Boutique.

e. Provide feedback, suggestions, and insights to help improve our products/services and overall brand experience.

2. Social Media Conduct:

a. Be kind, respectful, and inclusive in all your interactions on social media platforms.

b. Refrain from engaging in any form of bullying, harassment, or hate speech.

c. Do not associate with or promote accounts that tolerate or promote hatred, bullying, discrimination, or any form of harmful behavior.

d. Maintain a positive and supportive online presence that reflects the values and ethos of Simply Rose Boutique.

3. Content Creation and Usage:

a. Create original and unique content that showcases Simply Rose Boutique's products/services in an authentic and creative manner.

b. Obtain necessary permissions and rights for any third-party content used in your posts.

c. Grant Simply Rose Boutique permission to use, repost, and share your content on our official social media platforms, website, and other marketing materials.

d. Properly disclose your affiliation with Simply Rose Boutique in accordance with applicable advertising guidelines and regulations.

4. Confidentiality:

a. Treat any confidential information shared by Simply Rose Boutique with the utmost care and confidentiality.

b. Do not disclose or share any confidential information, trade secrets, or proprietary knowledge related to Simply Rose Boutique without prior written consent.

5. Termination:

a. Simply Rose Boutique reserves the right to terminate your participation in the brand ambassador program at any time, without prior notice, if you fail to comply with these terms and guidelines.

b. You may also terminate your participation in the program by providing written notice to Simply Rose Boutique.

By participating in our brand ambassador program, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to abide by these terms and guidelines.

Simply Rose Boutique reserves the right to modify or update these terms and guidelines at any time.

This Privacy Policy of UpPromote about Affiliate Marketing system describes how we may collect and use personal data and the rights granted to merchants, affiliates and customers regarding their respective data.

By joining the Affiliate program, you signify your approval of the terms set out in this Privacy Policy, and other terms and conditions. If you do not agree to this Privacy Policy, you must not use the affiliate marketing system.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time in order to reflect, for example, changes to our privacy practices or for other operational, legal, or regulatory reasons. By continuing to our affiliate program after these changes are posted, you agree to the revised policy.

Personal Information Controller

Any personal information provided to or gathered by UpPromote under this Privacy Notice will be stored and controlled by UpPromote (the data controller).

Information collected from Merchants

When merchant uses the app, we are automatically able to access certain types of information from your Shopify account such as email, first name, last name, shop information (shop domain, shop currency, shop address …). We collect this information to provide you with our Services; for example, to confirm your identity, contact you, provide customer support when you contact us, provide you with advertising and marketing activities.

Information collected from Affiliates

When an Affiliate signs up to join a program, we collect some information to inform merchants such as email, personal information, payment details and social network information,...The information would help merchant evaluate affiliate background and potential, along with process specific activities within the app and contact affiliate if needed.

Information collected from Customers when visiting merchant website

In order to track referral order, when customers visit merchant website and make a purchase, UpPromote system will collect information of order such as total order, order items, order ID,....

If you are an affiliate and wish to exercise these rights, please contact the merchant you interacted with directly — we serve as a processor on their behalf, and can only forward your request to them to allow them to respond.
