Engraven Card Co., will own the intellectual property and content rights associated with the
content provided by the Affiliate/Collaborator.
Any posts by the Affiliate/Collaborator that display Engraven products must be tagged to the appropriate social media account owned by Engraven Card Co.,

1. Ownership of Content. Collaborator acknowledges that all Content created
pursuant to this Agreement containing or referring to Engraven Card Co., and/or
its products is the sole property of Engraven Card Co.,.The Collaborator shall not
use the Content for any purpose other than in accordance with this Agreement.
2. Representations and Warranties. Collaborator represents and warrants that:
(a) Collaborator has the right to enter into this Agreement and perform the services
contemplated hereunder;
(b) Collaborator’s content will not infringe upon the intellectual property or other rights of
any third party;
(c) Collaborator’s content will comply with all applicable laws, regulations and industry
standards;
(d) Collaborator will comply with all applicable social media platform terms of service;
(e) Collaborator will not make any false or misleading statements or representations in
connection with the Content.
3. Governing Law. This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in
accordance with the laws of IDAHO, without giving effect to any choice or conflict
of law provision or rule.
4. Entire Agreement. This Agreement constitutes the entire understanding between
the parties with respect to the subject matter hereof and supersedes all prior or
contemporaneous communications, representations or agreements, whether oral or written.
