Terms and Conditions for the Holistic Health Hub (HHH) Affiliate Program
1. Introduction
Welcome to the Holistic Health Hub (HHH) Affiliate Program, operated by vPhase Body Cleanse Co., LLC. By participating in our affiliate program, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions. Please review these terms carefully before you start using the program.
2. Affiliate Program Benefits
- Cookie Duration: The cookie duration for tracking affiliate referrals is 30 days. This means that if a referred customer makes a purchase within 30 days of clicking your affiliate link, you will receive credit for the sale.
- Commission Type: The commission is based on a percentage of the sale.
- Commission Amount: Affiliates will earn a 20% commission on each sale generated through their affiliate link or coupon code.
3. Additional Terms
- Affiliates will receive a 10% commission on the total referral sales when a customer completes a purchase through their affiliate link or uses their unique coupon code.
- Commissions are calculated on the final sale price after any discounts, returns, or chargebacks.
- Commission payouts are subject to a minimum threshold. Affiliates must reach this threshold to receive their payout.
- Commission payments can change at any time depending on product and company changes or updates.
4. Eligibility and Enrollment
- To join the HHH Affiliate Program, you must complete and submit the online application. Approval is at the sole discretion of vPhase Body Cleanse Co., LLC.
- Only approved affiliates are eligible to receive commissions.
5. Promotional Guidelines
- Affiliates are encouraged to promote HHH products through various online channels such as websites, blogs, social media, and email marketing, provided that they comply with all applicable laws and regulations.
- Affiliates must not engage in any misleading or deceptive advertising practices.
6. Payout Terms
- Commissions are paid monthly, provided the affiliate has met the minimum payout threshold.
- Payments are made through PayPal unless another form of payment is requested by the affiliate.
- vPhase Body Cleanse Co., LLC reserves the right to withhold or adjust commissions in cases of fraud, returns, or other discrepancies.
7. Termination
- vPhase Body Cleanse Co., LLC reserves the right to terminate the affiliate relationship at any time, with or without cause, by providing written notice to the affiliate.
- Affiliates may terminate their participation in the program at any time by providing written notice to vPhase Body Cleanse Co., LLC.
8. Modification of Terms
- vPhase Body Cleanse Co., LLC reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Affiliates will be notified of any changes, and continued participation in the program constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
9. Limitation of Liability
- vPhase Body Cleanse Co., LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising in connection with this agreement or the affiliate program.
10. Governing Law
- These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which vPhase Body Cleanse Co., LLC operates.
