Welcome to the Fame Rugs Affiliate Program powered by UpPromote. By signing up and participating in our program, you agree to the following terms:

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a binding contract in your jurisdiction.

2. Commission Structure

Affiliates will earn a 5% commission on the total value of eligible orders (excluding taxes, shipping, returns, and discounts).

  • Commissions are only paid on completed, non-refunded orders.

  • Self-referrals are not allowed and will be voided.

  • Commission payouts are processed monthly through the payment method registered on your UpPromote account.

3. Prohibited Activities

To maintain the integrity of our program, affiliates are not allowed to:

  • Use unauthorized coupon or cashback websites without written approval

  • Bid on brand-related keywords in search engine ads (e.g., “Fame Rugs” or similar misspellings)

  • Send spam or use misleading links

  • Make false claims about our products or company

Any breach of these rules may result in removal from the program and forfeiture of unpaid commissions.

4. Promotion Guidelines

You may promote Fame Rugs through blogs, YouTube, social media, or your website, provided all content is accurate and respectful of our brand image.

5. Termination

Fame Rugs reserves the right to terminate any affiliate account at any time without notice if deemed necessary.

6. Program Changes

We reserve the right to modify the commission rate, rules, or payout structure at any time. Any changes will be communicated via email or your UpPromote dashboard.
