1. Program Participation

Participation in the FBSPORT Affiliate Program is subject to approval. FBSPORT reserves the right to accept, reject, or terminate any affiliate application at its sole discretion.

2. Affiliate Links & Discount Codes

Affiliates will receive a unique referral link and/or discount code to share with their audience. Commissions are earned only on eligible purchases tracked through the assigned link or code.

Affiliate links and codes may not be altered, transferred, sold, or shared as unauthorized public coupon codes.

3. Acceptable Promotion Methods

Affiliates may promote FBSPORT through:

• Social media platforms
• Personal websites and blogs
• Email newsletters
• YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, WhatsApp communities, and similar channels
• Product reviews, tutorials, and training content

All promotions must be honest, accurate, and reflect genuine experiences with FBSPORT products.

4. Prohibited Activities

Affiliates may not:

• Make false, misleading, or unverified claims about FBSPORT products
• Use spam, unsolicited messages, or deceptive marketing practices
• Create fake reviews or impersonate customers
• Use FBSPORT trademarks, logos, or brand assets in a misleading manner
• Advertise unauthorized discounts or pricing
• Engage in fraudulent activities or attempt to manipulate tracking or commissions

5. Google Ads & Paid Advertising Policy

Affiliates may use paid advertising methods only in compliance with the following rules:

• Affiliates may not bid on the keywords "FBSPORT", "FB SPORT", or any variations, misspellings, or trademarked brand terms in Google Ads, Bing Ads, or other search advertising platforms.
• Affiliates may not use FBSPORT trademarks, brand names, or product names in ad headlines, display URLs, or ad copy without prior written permission.
• Affiliates may not direct-link paid advertisements to the FBSPORT website using affiliate links.
• Affiliates may not create advertisements that could cause confusion regarding an official relationship with FBSPORT or imply that they are the official FBSPORT website.
• Affiliates may not use domains, subdomains, or social media usernames that contain "FBSPORT" or similar brand-identifying terms.
• Affiliates may promote non-branded keywords related to gymnastics, air tracks, paddle boards, bounce houses, fitness equipment, cheerleading, tumbling, and similar categories, provided their advertisements comply with all program policies.
• FBSPORT reserves the right to request modification or removal of any paid advertisement that may negatively impact the brand or violate these guidelines.
• Violation of this paid advertising policy may result in suspension or termination from the FBSPORT Affiliate Program and forfeiture of unpaid commissions.

6. Commission Eligibility

Commissions are paid only on completed, valid purchases.

The following orders are not eligible for commission:

• Refunded or canceled orders
• Fraudulent transactions
• Chargebacks
• Self-purchases made solely to earn commissions

7. Content & Disclosure

Affiliates must comply with applicable advertising and consumer protection laws and clearly disclose affiliate relationships when required (e.g., "#affiliate", "#ad", or similar disclosures).

8. Payments

Commissions are paid according to the terms communicated during onboarding and are subject to any applicable minimum payout threshold.

Affiliates are responsible for reporting and paying any taxes related to commission earnings.

9. Program Changes & Termination

FBSPORT reserves the right to modify commission rates, program benefits, or these terms at any time.

Either party may terminate participation at any time. Violations of this policy may result in immediate removal from the program and forfeiture of unpaid commissions.

By participating in the FBSPORT Affiliate Program, you agree to comply with this policy and represent FBSPORT in a professional and ethical manner.

Personal Information Controller

Any personal information provided to or gathered by Secomapp under this Privacy Notice will be stored and controlled by Secomapp (the data controller).

Information collected from Merchants

When merchant uses the app, we are automatically able to access certain types of information from your Shopify account such as email, first name, last name, shop information (shop domain, shop currency, shop address …). We collect this information to provide you with our Services; for example, to confirm your identity, contact you, provide customer support when you contact us, provide you with advertising and marketing activities.

Information collected from Affiliates

When an Affiliate signs up to join a program, we collect some information to inform merchants such as email, personal information, payment details and social network information,...The information would help merchant evaluate affiliate background and potential, along with process specific activities within the app and contact affiliate if needed.

Information collected from Customers when visiting merchant website

In order to track referral order, when customers visit merchant website and make a purchase, Secomapp system will collect information of order such as total order, order items, order ID,....

Use of Secomapp app by Children

Secomapp understands that you have rights over your personal information, and takes reasonable steps to allow you to access, correct, amend, delete, port, or limit the use of your personal information. If you are an affiliate and wish to exercise these rights, please contact the merchant you interacted with directly — we serve as a processor on their behalf, and can only forward your request to them to allow them to respond.
