Thank you for joining our Affiliate Program.
These terms and conditions apply to individuals who are accessing or using the Program as the merchant (“we” or “Forever Goth”) and as an affiliate (“you” or “Affiliate”) who refers customers to purchase products from Forever Goth.
By participating in the Program, you agree to use the Program as specified and are bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with these Terms and Conditions, you are not authorized to register or participate in the Program in any way.
1. Approval or Rejection of Registration
We reserve the right to approve or reject any Affiliate Program registration at our sole discretion. If your registration is rejected, you have no legal recourse against us.
2. Affiliate Links and Coupons
Affiliate links are automatically generated for you, but you may also create links for specific products or collections. If a customer clicks on another affiliate's link and later clicks on yours, your link will take precedence.
Affiliates may receive a coupon code, but usage and details will be clarified on your Dashboard. If a customer uses both an affiliate link and coupon code, you will not receive double commissions. If you do not have a branded coupon, promoting coupons is not allowed.
You may promote Forever Goth on online platforms such as Facebook and Instagram or through offline channels like magazines or newspaper ads.
3. Commissions and Payment
You will receive a commission for every customer referred to Forever Goth who completes a purchase. The commission is based on the order value, excluding additional fees (tax, shipping, etc.).
To receive payments, you must provide payment details in your settings. Payments will be issued based on the schedule detailed in the Affiliate Guide. You will not receive commissions for orders resulting in chargebacks or refunds. The status of your commissions can be viewed under the "Commission" tab.
4. Marketing Tools
We may provide promotional materials such as banners, logos, and collection-specific content through the Marketing Tools tab. You can download or embed these assets to promote Forever Goth across your affiliate channels.
5. Network Referrals
If network referrals are enabled, you can invite other affiliates to become your downline. When a downline affiliate refers a customer, you will also earn a network commission based on Forever Goth’s settings.
To invite others, share your network link. Any affiliate who signs up using your link will become part of your downline.
6. Cookie Tracking
We use cookies to track users who click on your affiliate link. If a user does not allow cookies or clears them, we cannot track their activity, and you will not earn commissions for their purchases.
The cookie tracking period is specified during registration, and all orders placed by the customer within this period will generate commissions for you.
7. Use of Affiliate Posts for Promotional Purposes
By participating in the Forever Goth Affiliate Program, you grant Forever Goth the right to use any content you create, share, or publish in connection with the program, including but not limited to social media posts, blog posts, and reviews, for promotional purposes. This may include republishing, reposting, or featuring your content across Forever Goth's marketing channels, including but not limited to social media, email campaigns, and website promotions, with proper attribution.
8. Removal from the Program
