Enrollment: To participate in our affiliate program, you must apply and be approved as an affiliate. We reserve the right to accept or reject any application at our discretion.Commissions: As an affiliate, you will receive a commission on qualifying sales generated through your unique affiliate links or referral codes. The commission rate is 30% of the total sale amount, excluding taxes, shipping fees, and returns.Payment: Commissions will be paid biweekly, every two weeks, via UpPromote. The minimum payout threshold is $200. If your commissions do not reach the minimum threshold, they will be rolled over to the next payment period.Prohibited Activities: You agree not to engage in any fraudulent, deceptive, or unethical practices to generate sales or referrals. Prohibited activities include but are not limited to: spamming, cookie stuffing, creating false accounts, using unauthorized promotion methods, or misrepresenting our products or services.Compliance with Laws: You are responsible for complying with all applicable laws, regulations, and guidelines while promoting our products or services. This includes compliance with applicable data protection and privacy laws.Intellectual Property: You acknowledge and agree that all intellectual property rights, including trademarks, logos, and copyrighted materials, belong to us. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, revocable license to use our promotional materials solely for the purpose of promoting our products or services as an affiliate.Termination: Either party may terminate this agreement at any time for any reason by giving written notice. Upon termination, you will no longer be eligible for commissions on subsequent sales. Any outstanding commissions earned prior to termination will be paid according to the regular payment schedule.Modification: We reserve the right to modify or update these terms and conditions at any time. Affiliates will be notified of any changes via email or through our affiliate portal. Continued participation in the affiliate program after the modifications will constitute your acceptance of the revised terms.Limitation of Liability: We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the affiliate program, including but not limited to lost profits or loss of business opportunities.Governing Law: These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state of Georgia, United States.
