Eligibility: In order to participate in the affiliate program, applicants must meet the following eligibility criteria:

Must be 18 years of age or older.

Must have a valid business or personal tax ID number.

Must not be in violation of any laws or regulations.
Please note that this program is currently only available to residents of Puerto Rico.

Commission: As a member of our affiliate program, you will earn a commission on every sale generated through your unique affiliate link. The commission rate is currently set at 10% of the sale price, excluding taxes and shipping fees.
Commissions will be paid out on a monthly basis, provided that the minimum payment threshold of $100 has been reached. Payments will be made via PayPal or direct deposit, at your discretion.

Linking Requirements: In order to earn commissions, you must use approved links and tracking codes provided by our affiliate program. This allows us to accurately track sales and pay out commissions to the correct affiliates.
Please note that the use of unauthorized links or tracking codes may result in termination from the program.

Trademark Usage: As an affiliate, you may use our company's trademarks, logos, and product names for the purpose of promoting our products. However, the following restrictions apply:

Trademarks may only be used in accordance with our approved advertising guidelines.

Trademarks may not be used in a manner that implies endorsement by our company.

Trademarks may not be used in a manner that is misleading, offensive, or otherwise in violation of any laws or regulations.

Advertising Guidelines: In order to maintain the quality and integrity of our brand, we have established the following advertising guidelines for affiliates:

Affiliates may not use our trademarks or logos in a manner that is misleading or offensive.

Affiliates may not engage in spamming or other prohibited forms of advertising.

Affiliates may not promote our products in a manner that is in violation of any laws or regulations.
Violation of these advertising guidelines may result in termination from the program.

Product Information: As an affiliate, you will have access to product information, descriptions, and images that you can use in your advertising. We will provide regular updates and new product information as it becomes available.

Payment Terms: Payments will be made on a monthly basis, provided that the minimum payment threshold of $100 has been reached. Payments will be made via PayPal or direct deposit, at your discretion.
There is a $10 fee for payments under the minimum threshold, and a $25 fee for returned or declined payments.

Termination: The affiliate relationship may be terminated by either party at any time, with or without cause. Termination by the company may occur in the event of a violation of terms and conditions, or violation of advertising guidelines.

Dispute Resolution: In the event of a dispute between the company and an affiliate, the parties agree to participate in good faith negotiations to resolve the dispute. If the parties are unable to reach a resolution, the dispute may be submitted to binding arbitration.

Governing Law: This agreement is governed by the laws Puerto Rico, and any disputes will be resolved in the jurisdiction of the courts of Puerto Rico.
