Garden of Wisdom Skincare Affiliate Program

1. Enrollment in the Affiliate Program:
a. To become an affiliate, individuals must apply through our website and meet the criteria. 
b. We reserve the right to accept or reject any application at our sole discretion.
2. Affiliate Responsibilities:
a. Affiliates agree to promote our skincare products lawfully and ethically.
b. Affiliates will not engage in any false or misleading advertising practices.
c. Affiliates will not promote our products on websites or platforms that contain offensive, illegal, or harmful content.
d. Affiliates are responsible for complying with all applicable laws and regulations related to their promotional activities.
3. Commissions and Payment:
a. Affiliates will earn a commission on eligible sales through their unique affiliate link which will be applied to Gift Card once approved.
Commission rates and eligibility criteria will be specified on the affiliate dashboard.

Any returns, chargebacks, or fraudulent transactions will not be eligible for commission payouts.
4. Use of Affiliate Links:
a. Affiliates will be provided with unique affiliate links for tracking sales. Affiliates must use affiliate links or codes in all promotions to ensure proper commission tracking.
b. Affiliates will not alter or modify affiliate links without prior written consent.
5. Intellectual Property:
a. Affiliates acknowledge that all intellectual property, including but not limited to trademarks, logos, and product images belong to us. Affiliates may use our approved marketing materials for promotional purposes only during their participation in the affiliate program.
6. Termination of Affiliate Status:
a. Either party may terminate this agreement at any time with written notice. If we find any violation of the terms and conditions, we reserve the right to terminate an affiliate's participation immediately and withhold any pending commissions.
b. Affiliates cannot create accounts for themselves to get further discounts. Anyone found doing this will be discontinued from the program.
7. Relationship of Parties:
a. This agreement creates no employment, partnership, or joint venture.
b. Affiliates will not represent themselves as our agents or employees.
8. Modification of Terms:
a. We reserve the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time.
b. Affiliates will be notified of any changes, and continued participation in the program constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
9. Limitation of Liability:
a. We shall not be liable for any indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages arising from or related to this agreement or the affiliate program. Governing Law and Jurisdiction:
a. This agreement shall be governed by and construed per the laws of your state.
b. Any disputes arising from this agreement shall be resolved in the courts of your state.
By applying to our skincare affiliate program, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to abide by these terms and conditions.

This Privacy Policy describes how your personal information is collected, used, and shared when you visit or make a purchase from the-garden-of-wisdom.myshopify.com (the “Site”).

PERSONAL INFORMATION WE COLLECT
