Terms and Conditions

  1. Eligibility: a. To be eligible for the ambassador program, you must be at least 18 years old. b. You must have an active and engaged Instagram account with a minimum of 500 followers. c. Your Instagram profile must be public throughout the duration of your participation in the program.

  2. Application and Selection: a. To apply, please complete the ambassador application form provided by God Body Organics b. Our team will review your application and select ambassadors based on various criteria, including but not limited to engagement, authenticity, and alignment with our brand values. c. Acceptance into the ambassador program is at the sole discretion of God Body Organics. 

  3. Ambassador Responsibilities: a. As a brand ambassador, you agree to actively promote God Body Organics products in a positive and responsible manner. b. You will create and share posts showcasing the chosen product(s) in your everyday life, including Instagram posts, stories, videos, and written reviews. c. All content shared must be original, honest, and aligned with our brand values. d. You will use any provided hashtags, mentions, or tags as requested by God Body Organics in your promotional posts. e. You will respect and comply with the intellectual property rights of God Body Organics and refrain from using any unauthorized content, trademarks, or logos.

  4. Product Selection: a. As an ambassador, you will be entitled to select one free herbal supplement product from our available range. b. The product selection will be subject to availability, and God Body Organics reserves the right to substitute the chosen product(s) with an alternative of similar value if necessary.

  5. Reviews and Feedback: a. You agree to provide an honest and unbiased review of the product(s) received, either in the form of an Instagram video review or a written review on your profile. b. Your review should reflect your genuine opinion and experience with the product(s). c. You grant God Body Organics permission to share and repost your reviews or related content on our official channels, giving you proper credit.

  6. Referral Program: a. As an ambassador, you have the opportunity to participate in our referral program. b. You will receive a unique referral link that you can share with your audience. c. For every purchase made using your referral link, you will earn cashback as outlined in the referral program guidelines provided separately.

  7. Ambassador Benefits: a. As an ambassador, you will enjoy exclusive perks, discounts, and early access to new product launches. b. God Body Organics may occasionally provide additional promotional materials, such as discount codes or giveaways, for you to share with your audience.

  8. Program Duration: a. The ambassador program will have a specified duration, typically 1 month. God Body Organics reserves the right to modify or terminate the program at any time.

  9. Confidentiality: a. As a brand ambassador, you agree to keep any confidential information shared by God Body Organics strictly confidential and not disclose it to any third parties.

  10. Termination: a. God Body Organics reserves the right to terminate your participation in the ambassador program if you fail to comply with these terms and conditions, engage in any unethical behavior, or harm the reputation of our brand. b. You may terminate your participation in the program at any time by providing written notice to God Body Organics.

When merchant uses the app, we are automatically able to access certain types of information from your Shopify account such as email, first name, last name, shop information (shop domain, shop currency, shop address …). We collect this information to provide you with our Services; for example, to confirm your identity, contact you, provide customer support when you contact us, provide you with advertising and marketing activities.

 

Information collected from Affiliates

When an Affiliate signs up to join a program, we collect some information to inform merchants such as email, personal information, payment details and social network information,...The information would help merchant evaluate affiliate background and potential, along with process specific activities within the app and contact affiliate if needed.

 

Information collected from Customers when visiting merchant website

In order to track referral order, when customers visit merchant website and make a purchase, UpPromote system will collect information of order such as total order, order items, order ID,....

If you are an affiliate and wish to exercise these rights, please contact the merchant you interacted with directly — we serve as a processor on their behalf, and can only forward your request to them to allow them to respond.
