Contract partner and contract conclusion

The following terms and conditions apply to all orders placed on the website www.goprimal.eu. By accepting your order a purchase agreement between you and the GoPrimal GmbH, Kranlweg 2/4, 1190 Vienna comes into being. Other contractual terms are not valid.

The contract language is German. All contracts are governed by Austrian law, with the exclusion of the United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods.

For consumers, the court in whose territory is the place of residence, the habitual residence or the place of employment is competent. As an exclusive court of jurisdiction, Vienna is agreed upon for companies.

You can print out these terms and conditions at any time by using the usual function of your Internet program.

Ordering process

Your order by pressing the “order for payment” button constitutes an offer to us, GoPrimal GmbH, to conclude a purchase agreement for all goods in your shopping cart. You have the possibility to review these details in full detail just before sending your order And, if necessary, to correct them. Upon receipt of your online order, you will receive an email from us which confirms that we have received your order. This confirmation contains all information about your order including a reference to these terms and conditions. The automatic acknowledgment of receipt does not represent acceptance of your order!

The acceptance of your offer is made by the actual dispatch of the goods by us. After your goods have actually been sent to you, you will receive a shipping confirmation by e-mail.

If a product is not available or is no longer available, you will be informed by us.

Consequences of revocation

Warranty

The statutory provisions on the warranty apply.
If an item is defective or you do not receive the item you ordered, please inform us by email or by phone, so we can send you a replacement delivery as soon as possible. After you have received the replacement delivery, you are obliged to return the first delivered goods to us within 30 days. In any case, we assume the cost and the risk of your return.

The limitation period for warranty claims shall be twenty-four months from the date of delivery.

Transport damage

The transport risk is assumed by GoPrimal GmbH. If goods are visibly damaged by the transport, please report this immediately to the postman who delivers the package. Do not accept the package, but return it to us. Contact us so we can send you a replacement free of charge.

Until full payment, the goods remain the property of GoPrimal GmbH.

Retention time
