Affiliate terms: 

Thank you for your interest in becoming an affiliate marketer for our the Grill Shark BBQ tool. Please carefully read and agree to the following terms and conditions:

Eligibility: To become an affiliate partner, you must be at least 18 years of age and have a valid email address and social media account. We reserve the right to reject any application for any reason, including but not limited to the promotion of inappropriate content or the violation of any applicable laws or regulations.

Commission: You will earn a commission on the net sales generated by your affiliate links. The commission rate will be specified in your affiliate account and is subject to change at any time. We reserve the right to adjust commission rates for specific products or promotions.

Payments: We will pay you the commission earned on a monthly basis, provided that the minimum payout threshold of $50 has been reached. If the minimum payout threshold is not met, the commission will be carried over to the next month. We reserve the right to withhold payment for any reason, including but not limited to suspected fraud or violation of these terms and conditions.

Intellectual Property: All intellectual property rights in our products and promotional materials are owned by us or our licensors. As an affiliate partner, you may use our promotional materials only for the purpose of promoting our products in accordance with these terms and conditions. You may not modify, reproduce, or distribute our materials without our prior written consent.

Promotion: As an affiliate marketer, you will promote our BBQ tool to your audience via your website, blog, social media, email, or other approved channels.

• You will use only family-friendly content and language to promote our product. Any inappropriate or offensive content will not be tolerated and may result in immediate termination of your affiliate account.
• You will not engage in any activities that may harm our reputation or the reputation of our product. This includes false or misleading advertising, spamming, or using deceptive practices to gain sales.

Representation: You will be responsible for accurately representing our product, including its features, benefits, and any limitations. You may not make any false or misleading claims about the product.

Affiliate Relationship: You will be responsible for disclosing your affiliate relationship with us to your audience in a clear and conspicuous manner. This includes disclosing any compensation or incentives you may receive for promoting our product.

Termination: We reserve the right to terminate your affiliate account at any time and for any reason, including but not limited to violating any of the terms and conditions outlined in this agreement.

Responsibilities: You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any and all claims, damages, or expenses arising out of or related to your activities as an affiliate marketer for our BBQ tool.

This agreement constitutes the entire agreement between you and us and supersedes all prior or contemporaneous communications and proposals, whether oral or written, relating to your participation in our affiliate program.
