Welcome to the Here I Am Self-Care Affiliate Program. These terms and conditions apply to all individuals using the program, including both the merchant (Here I Am Self-Care, referred to as "Here I Am" or "we" or "merchant") and affiliates (referred to as "you" or "affiliate"). By participating in this program, affiliates agree to abide by these terms and conditions. If you do not agree to these terms in their entirety, you are not authorized to register as an affiliate or participate in the program.
1. Approve or Reject of the Registration
We reserve the right to approve or reject ANY Affiliate Program Registration at our sole discretion. There will be no legal recourse against us for the rejection of an affiliate application.
2. Affiliate Links and Coupons
Affiliate links are automatically generated, but you may generate affiliate links for specific products or collections as needed. The last affiliate link clicked by a customer is the one that will count toward commission.
Affiliates may be assigned branded coupon codes, and details of usage will be provided in your affiliate dashboard. If a customer both clicks an affiliate link and uses a coupon, you will only receive one commission per transaction. If you are not assigned a branded coupon, you are not allowed to promote that coupon.
Affiliates may promote Here I Am Self-Care on online channels such as Facebook, Instagram, and offline platforms such as magazines or newspapers.
3. Commissions and Payment
Commissions are earned by referring customers who make a purchase through Here I Am’s website. The commission is calculated based on the order value, excluding extra fees (e.g., taxes, shipping costs).
To receive a commission, affiliates must provide valid payment details in the dashboard. Payments will only be made for completed transactions. Chargebacks, refunds, and canceled orders will not qualify for commissions.
Payouts are processed manually on a Monthly basis, provided the affiliate's accumulated, approved commissions reach a minimum threshold of $25.00 USD. Commissions below this threshold will be held and carried over to the next payment cycle until the minimum is met.
The status of commissions is displayed in the affiliate dashboard under the Commission tab, and paid commissions will be listed under the Payment tab.
4. Marketing Tools
We may provide promotional materials such as banners, logos, or HTML embed codes via the marketing tools section of your affiliate dashboard. Affiliates may use these resources to promote Here I Am products.
5. Network (if applicable)
Affiliates can invite others to join the affiliate program as downline affiliates using the Network tab. Any sales made by downline affiliates will earn network commissions for the upline affiliate, based on merchant settings.
6. Cookie Tracking
Here I Am uses cookies to track customers who click on your affiliate link. If cookies are disabled or cleared by the user, we may not be able to track activity and therefore cannot pay commissions on those transactions.
The cookie duration (tracking window) is stated in the registration form. During the cookie period, any purchases made by that customer will automatically be credited to the affiliate.
7. Confidentiality
Affiliates agree to maintain confidentiality regarding proprietary information, customer data, and any non-public product information shared by Here I Am. Affiliates shall not disclose such information to any third party or use it for any purpose other than promoting Here I Am products.
8. Termination and Removal from Program
Either party may terminate this agreement at any time with written notice. If you wish to be removed from the affiliate program, please contact us at [email]. Upon termination, affiliates will cease promotion and stop using affiliate links. Any unpaid commissions earned prior to termination will be paid within 30 days.
9. Legal Stipulations and Governing Law
This agreement will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California. Any disputes arising from this agreement will be resolved in the courts of Los Angeles, California.
10. Independent Contractor Relationship
Affiliates are independent contractors of Here I Am and are not employees. This agreement does not establish any employment relationship, and affiliates are not entitled to employee benefits, insurance, or workers’ compensation.
11. Indemnification
Affiliates agree to indemnify and hold harmless Here I Am, its affiliates, and employees from any claims, damages, liabilities, or expenses arising from their participation in the affiliate program. This includes but is not limited to, any illegal or improper use of affiliate links, marketing activities, or breach of these terms.
12. Signatures
This agreement becomes binding upon the affiliate’s acceptance into the program and is deemed signed by both parties through digital acceptance.
