  • Attribution hierarchy.
    “Commission is earned only when (i) the customer’s last attributable click is the Affiliate’s unique tracking link and (ii) no promotional code other than (A) the Affiliate’s assigned code(s) or (B) a Company-designated ‘sitewide’ code listed in Exhibit A is used at checkout.”

  • Coupon-code misuse.
    “Promotion or use of any coupon code not assigned to the Affiliate—including codes scraped from or submitted to coupon sites—voids commission on the affected order(s) and may result in reversal, offset against future payouts, and/or program termination.”

  • Clawbacks & fraud.
    “Company may reverse commissions for returns, chargebacks, suspected fraud, tracking manipulation, or violation of Program Policies (including coupon-code rules).”

  • Notice consistency.
    Apply the policy prospectively after notifying affiliates (or immediately if your current terms already allow it). Consistent enforcement helps avoid claims of unfair dealing.
