Thank you for joining our Self-Love Circle Ambassador Program.

Definitions

Ambassador/Affiliate: Any person or entity that promotes or markets the Simply Lovable™ products or services in exchange for a commission or other compensation.

For the purposes of the Self-Love Circle Ambassador Program, the terms 'affiliate' and 'ambassador' are interchangeable and refer to any person or entity that promotes or markets the Simply Lovable™ products or services in exchange for a commission or other other compensation."

By including this definition in the Terms and Conditions, it will be clear to all parties that the terms "affiliate" and "ambassador" can be used interchangeably throughout the Self-Love Circle Ambassador Program.

The following Terms and Conditions apply to individuals who are accessing or using the Simply Lovable™ Ambassador Program both as a merchant ("we" or "merchant") and an ambassador ("you" or "ambassador") who refers customers to use products or services from Simply Lovable™.

By participating in the Simply Lovable™ Ambassador Program, Ambassadors agree to use the Program in the manner specified in and are bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these Terms and Conditions in their entirety, you are not authorized to register as a Simply Lovable™ Ambassador or participate in the Self-Love Circle Ambassador program in any manner.

All Simply Lovable™ Ambassadors must be 21 years of age or older. To become an active ambassador, you must meet the following requirements: have a minimum of 1,500 followers across all social media platforms, complete the ambassador questionnaire, and sign the ambassador contract. Once accepted as a Simply Lovable™ Ambassador, you are required to tag @iamsimplylovable in all your Simply Lovable™ related social media posts, add @iamsimplylovable to your Linktree or social media bio, and use the Simply Lovable™ brand identity for all promotional graphics and marketing materials. 

  1. Right to Approve or Reject the Simply Lovable™ Ambassador Program Registration

We reserve the right to approve or reject ANY Simply Lovable™ Ambassador Program Registration in our sole and absolute discretion. You will have no legal recourse against us for the rejection of your Simply Lovable™ Ambassador Program Registration.

  1. Simply Lovable™ Ambassador Links and Coupons

The Simply Lovable™ Ambassador link is automatically generated, but you can also generate an ambassador link for a specific Simply Lovable™ product or collection.

If a person clicks on someone else's referral link and later clicks on yours, yours is the link that counts.

Simply Lovable™ Ambassadors may or may not be assigned a coupon code, with details and usage clarified on the Dashboard. If a customer both clicks on the ambassador link and uses a coupon code, you will not receive a double commission. If you are not assigned a branded coupon, you are not allowed to promote the coupon.

Simply Lovable™ Ambassadors are encouraged to advertise the Simply Lovable™ website on online channels such as Facebook, Instagram, and offline channels like classified ads, magazines, and newspapers.

  1. Commissions and Payment

When Simply Lovable™ Ambassadors refer any customer to make a purchase on the Simply Lovable™ website, you will receive a commission amount calculated based on the Commission structure. The commission amount depends on the order value and does not include extra fees (tax, shipping cost, etc.).

To receive a commission, Simply Lovable™ Ambassadors need to specify the payment details in the Settings. The payment schedule will be notified on the Simply Lovable™  Ambassador Guide page or Simply Lovable™ Ambassador Handbook.

Payments will only be sent for transactions that have been successfully completed. The use of the Ambassador Program is subject to a fair use policy, which grants Simply Lovable™  the right to review each referral order. The status of commissions is displayed in the Commission tab, and any paid commissions will be listed in the Payment tab. Transactions that result in chargebacks or refunds will not be paid out.

  1. Simply Lovable™ Marketing Material

We will provide promotional media such as Simply Lovable™ banners, logos, graphic designs, etc., to you through the Marketing Tools tab and links in the Simply Lovable™ Handbook. You can download the media or get the HTML embed code to share on your social media channels.

Please note that any Simply Lovable™ graphics and marketing materials that you create, must be pre-approved. For approval, please submit graphics and/or marketing materials to withlove@iamsimplylovable.com. Please allow up to 48 hours for approval of all graphics and marketing materials.

  1. Cookies

We use cookies to track everyone who clicks on your link; therefore, they need to enable cookies for us to track them.

If anyone doesn't allow cookies or clears their cookies, we are unable to track them, which means we cannot pay earnings from that person's activity.

The cookie duration is indicated on the Simply Lovable™ Ambassador registration form. The tracking period starts from the time a customer clicks on the ambassador's link or uses the coupon. Within the cookie duration, every order made by this customer on the Simply Lovable™  website will automatically result in commissions for the ambassador (there's no need for the customer to click on the ambassador link again).

  1. Removal from the Referral Program

If a Simply Lovable™ Ambassador  wishes to be removed from the Self-Love Circle Ambassador Program, they can do so by contacting us at withlove@iamsimplylovable.com.

This Privacy Policy of Simply Lovable™ describes how we may collect and use personal data and the rights granted to merchants, affiliates and customers regarding their respective data.

By joining the Simply Lovable™ Ambassador Program, you indicate your acceptance of the terms outlined in this Privacy Policy, as well as other Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to this Privacy Policy, you must refrain from using the Simply Lovable™ Ambassador Program.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time in order to reflect changes to our privacy practices or for other operational, legal, or regulatory reasons. By continuing with our Simply Lovable™ Self-Love Circle Ambassador Program after these changes are posted, you agree to the revised policy.

Personal Information Controller

Any personal information provided to or gathered by Simply Lovable™ under this Privacy Notice will be stored and controlled by UpPromote (the data controller).

Information collected from Merchants

When merchant uses the app, we are automatically able to access certain types of information from your Shopify account such as email, first name, last name, shop information (shop domain, shop currency, shop address …). We collect this information to provide you with our Services; for example, to confirm your identity, contact you, provide customer support when you contact us, provide you with advertising and marketing activities.

Information collected from Simply Lovable™ Ambassadors

When a Simply Lovable™ Ambassador signs up to join the Simply Lovable™ Self-Love Circle Ambassador Program, we collect some information to inform merchants such as email, personal information, payment details and social network information,...The information would help merchant evaluate ambassador background and potential, along with process specific activities within the app and contact ambassador if needed.

Information collected from Customers when visiting the Simply Lovable™ website

In order to track referral order, when customers visit merchant website and make a purchase, UpPromote system will collect information of order such as total order, order items, order ID,....

The Simply Lovable™ Ambassador Program is not intended for children.  All "Simply Lovable™" Ambassadors must be 21 years of age or older.

Simply Lovable™ understands that you have rights over your personal information, and takes reasonable steps to allow you to access, correct, amend, delete, port, or limit the use of your personal information.
