1. Commission & Attribution Rules

Attribution Model: Last-click attribution

Referral Window: 30 days

Only properly tracked affiliate links within the referral window are eligible for commissions. All affiliate orders are subject to review by Jovs’s affiliate platform. Jovs reserves full discretion to determine attribution and commission eligibility in cases where tracking overlaps with paid channels (e.g. paid search, display, retargeting, influencer campaigns). Jovs reserves the right to reject commissions for conversions involving:

- Tracking anomalies or missing tracking paths

- Manipulation of cookies, redirects, or any fraudulent methods Violations will result in removal from the program and possible forfeiture of commissions.

2. Action Locking & Payment

Action Locking:

- Regular orders: Locked 1 month and 8 days after the end of the tracking month

- Pre-sale orders: Locked 30 business days after successful delivery confirmation

Order Cancellation Policy:

- Fully refunded or cancelled orders are not commissionable.

- Orders with partial refunds due to price guarantee or pre-sale adjustments are not eligible for commissions on refunded amounts.

Payout Schedule:

Commissions for locked actions are paid 10 business days after locking.

Currency:

All transactions will be settled in USD. Currency conversion applies if your account uses a different default currency.

3. Program Changes & Reversals

Change Notice Period:

This insertion order may be amended or canceled with at least 1 day notice.

Reversal Policy:

Advertiser reserves the right to reverse up to 100% of attributed actions based on order validation, fraud detection, or policy violations.

Pixel Firing:

Jovs does not permit affiliates to fire third-party tracking pixels upon user conversion. This is to maintain tracking integrity and protect consumer data.

4. Content Guidelines & Compliance

- Reviews, blogs, and content placements must be honest, factually accurate, and aligned with Jovs's brand positioning.

- Affiliates must not exaggerate product claims or misrepresent Jovs in any format.

- All sponsored content must comply with local advertising disclosure regulations (e.g., #ad, sponsored content).

5. Paid Search (PPC) Policy

Commissions will not be paid where there is evidence of any paid search activity on trademarked Jovs terms and product terms without prior authorization. Using brand terms in display URLs, headlines, or ad copy is strictly prohibited. This includes permutations, misspellings and broad matches containing brand terms (generic is fine).

Restrictions include, but are not limited to the following:

Jovs, Jovs.com,Jovscom, www.Jovs.com, Jovs offers, Jovs Vouchers, Jovs Voucher, Jovs mask coupon, Jovs mask discount, Jovs mask sale, Jovs mask promotions, Jovs codes, Jovs discount codes, Jovs codes, Jovs mask, Jovs 4D laser mask or any other variations or combinations.

6. Email Marketing

Affiliates are not permitted to send any unsolicited email ("spam") under this Affiliate program. Should you wish to send out Jovs branded email, please contact us for prior written approval.

7. Coupon Code Policy

- Affiliates may only promote coupon codes explicitly provided through the Jovs affiliate program.

- Usage of promo codes sourced from non-affiliate marketing channels, including our website, email newsletters, or social media, is strictly prohibited.

- If you wish to promote a custom or exclusive offer, please request approval at: [affiliate@jovs-beauty.com].

Any Affiliate found to be displaying an unauthorized code will also have their commissions forfeited until the code is removed. If a coupon code has an expiration date, it should be clearly displayed and removed or clearly marked as expired after that date unless notified otherwise. Any Affiliate displaying an expired code without marking it as expired may be suspended from the program.

8. Prohibited Promotional Methods

Affiliates may not:

- Use cookie stuffing, forced redirects, or pop-ups/pop-unders.

- Engage in unauthorized email campaigns or SMS campaigns on behalf of Jovs.

- Promote Jovs via incentivized traffic, coupon sites not approved by us, or misleading tactics.

- Repurpose Jovs's content without permission, including videos, review copy, or photography.

- Comparison Shopping EnginesPublishers cannot submit datafeeds directly to 3rd party comparison shopping engines (PriceGrabber, Shopping.com, Nextag, Google Product Search…).

- Malicious software downloads are strictly prohibited and will be subject to immediate termination.

9. Prohibited Promotional Channels

Jovs does not permit affiliate promotion through the following traffic sources or business models:

1) Coupon / Deal Aggregator Sites

Sites that primarily list coupon codes, deals, or promotional discounts without providing original editorial content.

2) Loyalty, Cashback, and Reward Programs

Sites or apps offering cashback, points, cryptocurrency, or other monetary incentives to users for completing purchases. This includes browser extensions or apps that automatically apply affiliate links in exchange for user reward

3) Toolbar / Plugin / Pop-Up Traffic

Any traffic generated via toolbars, browser extensions, adware, or pop-up/pop-under ads is strictly prohibited

4) Click Arbitrage or Paid-to-Click Models

Any network or traffic source that incentivizes clicks or purchases.

5) Unauthorized Sub-affiliate Networks

Affiliates must not outsource traffic generation to sub-networks or third-party media buyers without prior approval from Jovs.

6) Paid Membership Clubs or Closed Communities

Affiliates operating within gated membership platforms offering exclusive deals or perks in exchange for user subscriptions must obtain written permission

10. Non-commissionable Products

Gift card purchases are not eligible for commission.

11. Termination & Enforcement

Violation of any of the above terms may result in:

- Immediate termination from the affiliate program

- Loss of pending commissions

- Legal action in case of fraudulent behavior or brand damage

At any time, the Jovs Affiliate Program management team reserves the right to reverse transactions/commissions, remove the active status of any Publisher account it deems to be in violation of the terms and conditions set forth above. Individual breach details will be promptly communicated to Publishers deemed to be in violation of these terms of service prior to any account removal.
