Terms & Conditions for Kaamras Affiliate Program

1. Introduction

These terms and conditions governs the manner in which BN Global, the owner of the Kaamras brand, collects, uses, maintains, and discloses information collected from affiliates participating in the Kaamras Affiliate Program. This policy applies to the program and all products and services offered by BN Global.

2. Ownership and Payments

BN Global owns the Kaamras brand. All contracts are signed with BN Global, and all payments will be made by BN Global. Payments to affiliates will be released 7 days after a customer has received their order.

3. Promotion Restrictions

Affiliates must not promote Kaamras products in regions where the promotion of sexual wellness products is prohibited. Affiliates will be solely responsible for any legal action taken by any entity if they fail to comply with this restriction.

4. Geographic Limitation

Affiliates are permitted to promote Kaamras products within India only. Promotion outside of India is strictly prohibited.

5. Product Descriptions

Affiliates must adhere strictly to the product descriptions and specifications as provided on the Kaamras website during promotions. Any deviation from the provided descriptions is not allowed.

6. Fraudulent Activity

In the event of any suspected fraudulent activity, BN Global reserves the right to hold payments until the matter is resolved. If the affiliate is found guilty of fraudulent activity, all pending payments will be forfeited.

7. Order Fulfillment

All orders will be fulfilled exclusively by BN Global. Affiliates are not permitted to send products from their own inventory. Any violation of this clause will result in immediate termination of the affiliate contract, and the affiliate will forfeit any pending payments.

BN Global has the discretion to update this terms and policy at any time. We encourage affiliates to frequently check this page for any changes. You acknowledge and agree that it is your responsibility to review this terms and conditions periodically and become aware of modifications.
