These Terms and Conditions apply to individuals who access or participate in the Program both as a merchant (“we”, “us”, or “merchant”) and as an affiliate (“you” or “affiliate”) who refers customers to our products or services.
By participating in the Program, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, you are not authorized to participate in the Program.
1. Approval or Rejection of Registration
We reserve the right to approve or reject ANY Affiliate Program application at our sole discretion. You will have no legal recourse against us for the rejection of your application.
2. Affiliate Links and Coupons
Affiliate links are automatically generated. You may also generate custom links for specific products or collections.
If a customer clicks multiple affiliate links, the most recent link will be credited.
Affiliates may be assigned a unique coupon code, as specified in their dashboard. If a customer uses both an affiliate link and a coupon code, only one commission will be granted (no double commissions).
If you are not assigned a coupon code, you are not authorized to promote one.
Affiliates may promote Kandies World through approved online and offline channels, including but not limited to social media, websites, blogs, and publications.
3. Commissions and Payment
Affiliates earn commissions based on completed purchases made through their referral link or code. Commission is calculated on the order value excluding taxes, shipping, and additional fees.
To receive commissions, affiliates must complete their payment settings in their dashboard.
Payment Options (Mandatory Selection):
Affiliates must choose ONE of the following payment methods:
Store Credit:
Receive commissions as store credit, redeemable at any time on our website.
PayPal:
Receive payment via PayPal only once your commission balance reaches a minimum of $100 USD. It is the affiliate’s responsibility to contact us to request payout once this threshold is reached.
Affiliates cannot combine or switch between both payment methods for the same earnings balance.
Self-Referral & Abuse Policy:
Affiliates are strictly prohibited from earning commission on their own purchases.
Any order placed by an affiliate using:
will not qualify for commission.
Such transactions will be denied and may be flagged as abuse of the program.
Payments are only issued for successfully completed transactions. Orders that are refunded, canceled, or charged back will not generate commission.
We reserve the right to review all transactions under our fair use policy.
4. Content & Promotion Requirement
To remain active in the Affiliate Program, affiliates are required to publish and share Kandies World-related content at least once per month.
Approved promotional content (images, videos, banners, etc.) will be available in the Marketing Tools section of your affiliate dashboard.
Failure to meet this monthly activity requirement may result in suspension or removal from the program.
5. Marketing Tools
We may provide promotional materials such as banners, logos, and campaign assets through the Marketing Tools section.
Affiliates are encouraged to use these materials to ensure brand consistency and optimal performance.
6. Network
If enabled, affiliates may invite others to join as downline affiliates using their unique network link.
Affiliates may earn additional commission based on the activity of their downline, according to program settings.
7. Cookies
We use cookies to track referrals.
If a customer disables or clears cookies, tracking may not be possible and commissions may not be awarded.
Cookie duration is specified during registration. Any purchase made within this period after clicking your link or using your code will be attributed to you.
8. Removal from the Program
We reserve the right to remove any affiliate from the program at our discretion, including but not limited to:

9. Modifications
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Continued participation in the program constitutes acceptance of any changes.
