KLĒNR Affiliate Program Terms & Conditions
Thanks for your interest in the KLĒNR Affiliate Program! Please review the following terms before participating. By joining, you agree to abide by these terms. If you do not agree, please do not register or participate.
1. Program Enrollment
KLĒNR reserves the right to approve or reject any affiliate application at its sole discretion. If your application is not accepted, you have no legal recourse.
2. Affiliate Links & Coupon Codes
You will receive a unique affiliate link; you may also generate links for specific products or collections.
If a customer clicks multiple affiliate links, the most recent click receives credit.
Affiliates may be assigned a unique coupon code. If a sale uses both your link and your code, only one commission will be paid.
Only promote a coupon code if it’s assigned to you.
You may promote KLĒNR through online (e.g., Facebook, Instagram) and offline (e.g., magazines, newspapers) channels.
Affiliates are responsible for monitoring the status of their links and commissions.
KLĒNR reserves the right to deduct commissions for returned/refunded products, fraud, or overpayments.
3. Commissions & Payment
You earn a commission (currently 10%) on the net order value (excluding tax, shipping, and fees) for each referred purchase.
To receive payment, you must provide valid payment details in your affiliate account.
Payments are made for completed transactions only, on a schedule outlined in the Affiliate Guide.
Commissions are not paid on orders that are refunded, charged back, or deemed invalid.
KLĒNR reserves the right to review and approve all referrals and to withhold final payments as needed to verify transaction validity.
4. Marketing Tools
Promotional assets (banners, logos, etc.) are available in the Marketing Tools section of your dashboard.
You may download media or use provided HTML embed codes for promotion.
5. Affiliate Network (If Enabled)
If the network feature is active, you may invite others to join as your “downline” affiliates.
You may earn additional commissions on sales generated by your downline, as specified by KLĒNR.
To invite, share your network link; anyone who signs up via your link becomes your downline.
6. Cookie Tracking
We use cookies to track referrals. Customers must have cookies enabled for tracking to work.
If cookies are disabled or cleared, we cannot track or pay commissions for those sales.
The cookie duration is stated on the affiliate registration form. All qualifying purchases within this window are credited to you.
7. Termination & Removal
You may leave the program at any time by contacting shop@klenr.com.
KLĒNR may remove any affiliate for violation of these terms or company policies, resulting in forfeiture of unpaid commissions.
The program, its terms, and commission structure may change or end at any time. Changes will be posted on our site, and it’s your responsibility to stay informed.
Either party may terminate the relationship at any time. Commissions are only paid for referrals made while you are an active, approved affiliate.
8. Modifications
KLĒNR may update these terms at any time. Affiliates will be notified by email of material changes.
Continued participation after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
9. Confidentiality
Affiliates must keep all confidential information private and use it only as necessary for program participation.
