Terms and Conditions of the Affiliate Program
Welcome to Lacadivas! Thank you for joining our Affiliate Program.
The following terms and conditions apply to individuals who access or use the Program both as a merchant (“we” or “merchant”) and as an affiliate (“you” or “affiliate”) who refers customers to use the merchant's products or services.
By participating in the Program, the Affiliate agrees to use the Program as specified in these Terms and Conditions and is bound by them. If you do not agree to these Terms and Conditions in their entirety, you are not authorized to register as an Affiliate or participate in the Program in any manner.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By enrolling in the Lacadivas affiliate program, you agree to comply with the following terms and conditions. Lacadivas reserves the right to update and modify the Terms periodically without prior notice. Continued use of the Program after any modifications constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
2. Approval or Rejection of Registration
We reserve the right to approve or reject ANY Affiliate Program Registration at our sole and absolute discretion. You will have no legal recourse against us for the rejection of your Affiliate Program Registration.
3. Enrollment in the Program
To enroll in the Program, you must complete the registration form and provide accurate and complete information. Lacadivas reserves the right to approve or reject any application at its sole discretion.
4. Affiliate Links and Coupons
Upon approval, you will receive a unique affiliate link. You may promote the link on your website, blog, social media, or any other marketing channel. You may not make false or misleading statements about Lacadivas products or services.
The affiliate link is automatically generated, but you can also generate an affiliate link for a specific product or collection. If a person clicks on someone else’s referral link and then clicks on yours, your link will count.
The affiliate may or may not be assigned a coupon code with details and usage clarified on the Dashboard. If a customer clicks on both the affiliate link and uses the coupon code, you will not receive a double commission. If you are not assigned a branded coupon, then you are not allowed to promote the coupon.
The affiliate may also advertise the merchant’s website on online channels such as Facebook, Instagram, or offline classified ads, magazines, and newspapers.
5. Commissions and Payments
- Cookie Duration: 30 days
- Commission: 10% of the sale value
- Performance Bonus: Variable as per the tier table
Payments will be made monthly, provided the minimum balance of €100 is reached. If the minimum balance is not reached, the amount will be carried over to the next month.
By referring any customer to make a purchase on our website, you will receive a commission amount calculated based on the Commission structure. The commission amount depends on the order value and does not include additional fees (tax, shipping costs, etc.).
For an Affiliate to receive a commission, you need to specify the payment details in Settings. The payment schedule will be notified on the Affiliate Guide page.
Payments will only be sent for transactions that have been successfully completed. The use of the Affiliate Program is subject to a fair use policy which gives the merchant the right to review each referral order. The commission status is displayed in the Commission tab, and any paid commission will be listed in the Payment tab. Transactions that result in chargebacks or refunds will not be paid.

7. Use of Information
We collect personal information that you provide when registering for the Affiliate Program, such as name, email address, physical address, and payment information.
- The information collected is used to:
- Manage your affiliate account
- Process commission payments
- Improve our services and the Program
- Send communications related to the Program
8. Promotion Restrictions
Affiliates may not use deceptive practices such as spam or misleading advertising. Additionally, it is prohibited to:
- Offer unauthorized discounts
- Use Lacadivas’ name or brand improperly
- Engage in competitions or actions that may harm Lacadivas’ image
8.1 Shipping and Customs Fees
Shipping is free on all orders. However, any customs duties, taxes, or other fees imposed by the destination country are the responsibility of the affiliate or customer. It is recommended to check with local customs authorities for any potential fees before placing an order.
9. Information Sharing
We do not sell, trade, or transfer your personal information to third parties except as necessary to process payments and comply with legal obligations.
10. Termination
Lacadivas reserves the right to terminate your participation in the Program at any time, for any reason, including but not limited to violations of the Terms. You may also terminate your participation in the Program at any time by notifying us in writing.
11. Limitation of Liability
Lacadivas will not be liable for indirect, special, or consequential damages arising from the Program. Lacadivas’ total liability concerning any matter related to the Program will be limited to the amount of commissions owed to you.
12. General Provisions
These Terms are governed by the laws of Portugal. Any dispute related to the Program will be resolved in the competent courts of the city of Setubal.
13. Cookies
We use a cookie to track people who have clicked on your link, so they need to allow cookies for us to track them.
If a person does not allow cookies or clears their cookies, then we cannot track them and therefore cannot pay earnings on that person's activity.
The cookie duration is specified on the affiliate registration form. The tracking period starts from the time a customer clicks on the affiliate’s link or uses the coupon. Within the cookie period, every order made by this customer on the merchant's website will automatically result in commissions to the affiliate (there is no need for the customer to click on the affiliate link again).
14. Removal from Referral Program
If an affiliate wishes to be removed from the affiliate program, they can do so by contacting: geral@lacadivas.com.
