Lanna Lashes Affiliate Program – Terms & Conditions

By joining the Lanna Lashes Affiliate Program, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.
1. Eligibility
To participate in the program, you must be 18 years of age or older and comply with all local laws regarding affiliate marketing in your area. We reserve the right to approve or reject any affiliate application at our sole discretion.
2. Independent Contractor Status
As an affiliate, you are considered an independent contractor and not an employee, agent, or representative of Lanna Lashes. Nothing in this agreement shall be construed as creating a partnership, joint venture, or employment relationship.
You are solely responsible for reporting and paying any taxes associated with the income you earn through this program, in accordance with your local and national tax regulations.
3. Commission & Payouts
Affiliates earn 10% commission on all eligible sales made through their unique referral link.
Commissions are paid out once you reach a minimum of $100 in total earnings.
Payments are processed monthly and made via PayPal. You are responsible for ensuring your PayPal account is active and correct.
Commissions are calculated on the subtotal of the order (excluding shipping, discounts, taxes, and returns).
4. Tracking & Cookies
We use affiliate tracking software with a 30-day cookie window.
If a user makes a purchase within 30 days of clicking your link, the sale is credited to your account.
We are not responsible for improperly formatted or shared links that fail to track properly.
5. Prohibited Activity
Affiliates are not permitted to:
Use their own affiliate links for personal purchases
Misrepresent Lanna Lashes or our products
Make unapproved claims or guarantees
Use paid search ads that include the Lanna Lashes brand name or copyrighted content
Create or distribute spam, misleading links, or unethical promotions
Violation of these guidelines may result in immediate removal from the program and forfeiture of unpaid commissions.
6. Marketing Guidelines
We encourage honest, authentic promotion. Disclose that you may earn a commission when recommending Lanna Lashes products. Failure to comply with FTC disclosure guidelines may result in suspension from the program.
7. Termination
We reserve the right to terminate any affiliate account at any time for any reason, including but not limited to violation of these terms, fraudulent behavior, or damage to the Lanna Lashes brand.
8. Liability Disclaimer
Lanna Lashes shall not be held responsible or liable for any actions taken by the affiliate, or any claims, damages, or disputes arising out of your participation in the program.
By promoting our products, you agree to hold Lanna Lashes harmless from any and all liabilities, losses, costs, and claims, including attorney fees, related to your affiliate activities.
9. Modifications to Terms
Lanna Lashes reserves the right to update, change, or replace any part of these terms at any time. Affiliates will be notified of significant changes via email or platform notification.
10. Acceptance
By signing up for or continuing to participate in the Lanna Lashes Affiliate Program, you confirm that you’ve read, understood, and agreed to abide by these Terms & Conditions.
