Affiliate Terms & Conditions
By signing up to the LaRoc Cosmetics Affiliate/Ambassador Programme, you agree unconditionally to the following terms and conditions. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any affiliate’s account, refuse payment and withdraw all of the privileges of an affiliate account if a user is found to be beyond reasonable doubt, in breach of these terms.
Rewards
LaRoc Cosmetics reserves the right to determine what reward(s), if any, either monetary through cash or credit, or via product, any affiliate receives whilst registered as an active affiliate. Rewards in product are subject to availability and are determined based on a product’s value. Any changes to an affiliate’s account and what rewards they receive are made on a case by case basis, and our decision is final. Rewards distributed are proportional to an affiliate’s "value” to LaRoc Cosmetics. "Value” is determined via social media influence (as determined by followers, view counts, subscribers etc.), an affiliate website’s domain authority, the amount of traffic brought to the entire www.laroccosmetics.co.uk web domain, any sales that can be directly attributed to an affiliate, and the frequency and quality of LaRoc Cosmetics related content posted by an affiliate.
Payment
Affiliates that have agreed to cash payment shall receive payments via a Bank Transfer. In order to receive cash payment, an affiliate will be contacted by a member of our PR team regarding payment details. Payment may only be made once an affiliate has earned a minimum of £5.00. Once a payment request is made, payment will be completed within 2 to 5 working days, and is subject to Bank Transfer clearance and approval. Affiliates that are paid in credit or "Afrapoco Lim”. The value of the gift code is non-refundable, and may not be exchanged for its cash value.
Content
As a LaRoc Cosmetic's brand ambassador, affiliates are free to promote the LaRoc brand in any way they see fit, provided no content is defamatory or slanderous of the LaRoc brand or any affiliated brands. Content must also not be offensive in nature, including racist, sexist, homophobic or transphobic. Any affiliate posting or linking to content deemed as offensive, defamatory or slanderous in nature, whether in relation to LaRoc Cosmetics content or otherwise, may have their account suspended or terminated. Affiliates caught making personal attacks against individuals (bullying or hate crimes) may have their account suspended or terminated. Affiliates also found to be directly or indirectly involved in criminal activity, may also have their accounts suspended or terminated. Any promotional material (banners, headers, custom images etc.) provided by us must also not be used to link to spam websites, questionable, inappropriate or offensive content. Should an affiliate post links to our site in a manner that can reasonably be deemed as "spammy” and to the detriment of the LaRoc brand and website, we also reserve the right to suspend or terminate that affiliate’s account.
Account
All affiliate accounts must be approved by our moderators prior to earning rewards. New affiliates may be refused if our moderators believe with reasonable suspicion an account may be used for the purposes of spam or the account holder is not human.
