Welcome to Liberte Lifestyles! Thanks for joining our Affiliate/Ambassador program.

These following terms and conditions apply to individuals who are accessing or using the Program both as a merchant (“we” or “merchant”) and an affiliate (“you” or “affiliate”) who refers customers to use product or service from the merchant.

By participating in the Program, Affiliate agrees to use the Program in the manner specified in, and are bound by, these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these Terms and Conditions in their entirety you are not authorized to register as an Affiliate or participate in the Program in any manner.

1. Approve or Reject of the Registration

We reserve the right to approve or reject ANY Affiliate Program Registration in our sole and absolute discretion. You will have no legal recourse against us for the rejection of your Affiliate Program Registration.

2. Affiliate Links and Coupons

Affiliate links are automatically generated, but you can also generate an affiliate link for a specific product or collection. If a person clicks on someone else’s referral link and then later they click on yours, yours is the one that counts.

Affiliates might or might not be assigned to one coupon code with details and usage clarified on Dashboard. If customer both click on the affiliate link and use coupon code, you will NOT receive a double commission. If you’re not assigned a branded coupon, then you’re not allowed to promote the coupon.

Affiliates may also advertise the merchant website on online channels such as Facebook, Instagram,... or offline classified channel ads, magazines, and newspapers.

3. Commissions and payment

Refer any customer to make a purchase on our website, you will get a commission amount which is calculated based on Commission structure. Commission amount is dependent on order value and not including extra fee (tax, shipping cost,...).

For an Affiliate to receive a commission, you need to specify the payment details on Settings. Payment schedule will be notified on Affiliate Guide page.

Payments will only be sent for transactions that have been successfully completed. Use of the Affiliate Program is subject to a fair use policy which gives merchant the right to review each and every referral order. Status of commission if displayed in Commission tab, any paid commission will be listed on Payment tab. Transactions that result in charge backs or refunds will not be paid out.

4. Marketing tools

We may share promotional media such as banners, logos or specific collection promotions to you through the Marketing tool tab. You can download the media or get the HTML embed code in order to share on affiliate channels.

5. Cookies

We use cookies to track people who have clicked on your link, so they need to be using cookies for us to track them.

If a person doesn't allow cookies or clears their cookies then we can't track them so can't pay earnings on that person's activity.

Cookies day is published on the Affiliate registration form. The tracking days will start from the time a customer clicks on the affiliate’s link or uses the coupon. Within the cookie time frame, every order made by this customer at the merchant website will automatically result in commissions to the affiliate (There’s no need for the customer to click on the affiliate link then).

6. Removal from the Referral Program

If an affiliate wishes to be removed from the affiliate program, they can do so by contacting: hello@libertelifestyles.com

This privacy policy governs your use of the software Website (“Website”) for a website that was created by LIBERTE LIFESTYLES LLC (“Licensor”). The Website promotes the business of LIBERTE LIFESTYLES LLC.

User Provided Information 

The Website obtains the information you provide when you use the Website. Registration with us is optional. However, some of the features offered by the Website may be unavailable unless you register with us. Registration with us may be mandatory in order to purchase products or services of the Website. The Website may collect certain information automatically, including, but not limited to, the type of device you use, your devices unique device ID, the IP address of your device, your mobile operating system, the type of mobile Internet browsers you use, and information about the way you use the Website. 

Location Information

When you visit the Website, we may use GPS technology (or other similar technology) to determine current location to identify the city in which you are located and display a location map with relevant advertisements. Your location will not be shared with other users or partners.

 You can turn off the location functionality at any time by turning off the location services setting for the Website on your device.  If you use the location function, you consent to Licensor and our licensees’ transmission, collection, maintenance, processing and use of your location data and queries to improve and provide location-based products and services. You may withdraw this consent by turning off the location services setting on your device.

Third Party Access

We will share your information with third parties only in the ways that are described in this privacy statement.

We may disclose User Provided and Automatically Collected Information:

• as required by law, such as to comply with a subpoena, or similar legal process;
• when we believe in good faith that disclosure is necessary to protect our rights, protect your safety or the safety of others, investigate fraud, or respond to a government request;
• with our trusted service providers who work on our behalf, do not have an independent use of the information we disclose to them, and have agreed to adhere to the rules set forth in this privacy statement.
• if Licensor is involved in a merger, acquisition, or sale of all or a portion of its assets, you will be notified via email and/or a prominent notice on our Web site of any change in ownership or uses of this information, as well as any choices you may have regarding this information.
• to advertisers and third-party advertising networks and analytics companies as described in the section below

Automatic Data Collection and Advertising

 We may work with analytics companies to help us understand how the Website is being used, such as the frequency and duration of usage. We work with advertisers and third-party advertising networks, who need to know how you interact with advertising provided in the Website which helps us keep the cost of the Website low. Advertisers and advertising networks use some of the information collected by the Website, including, but not limited to, the unique identification ID of your mobile device and your mobile telephone number. To protect the anonymity of this information, we use an encryption technology to help ensure that these third parties can’t identify you personally. These third parties may also obtain anonymous information about other Websites downloaded to your mobile device, the mobile websites you visit, your non-precise location information (e.g., your zip code), and other non- precise location information in order to help analyze and serve anonymous targeted advertising on the Website and elsewhere. We may also share encrypted versions of information you have provided in order to enable our partners to append other available information about you for analysis or advertising related use. 

Opt-out

You can opt-out of the Website by terminating use of the Website.  To the extent that an Application for the website exists, You can stop all collection of information by the Website easily by uninstalling the Application. You may use the standard uninstall processes as may be available as part of your device or via the Application marketplace or network.

Data Retention Policy, Managing Your Information

We will retain User Provided data for as long as you use the Website and for a reasonable time thereafter. We may retain Automatically Collected information for up to 24 months and thereafter may store it in aggregate. If you’d like us to delete User Provided Data that you have provided via the Website, please contact us at hello@libertelifestyles.com and we will respond in a reasonable time. Please note that some or all of the User Provided Data may be required in order for the Website to function properly.

Children

We do not use the Website to knowingly solicit data from or market to children under the age of 13. If a parent or guardian becomes aware that his or her child has provided us with information without their consent, he or she should contact us at hello@libertelifestyles.com. We will delete such information from our files within a reasonable time.

Security

We are concerned about safeguarding the confidentiality of your information. We provide physical, electronic, and procedural safeguards to protect information we process and maintain. For example, we limit access to this information to authorized employees and contractors who need to know that information in order to operate, develop or improve our Website. Please be aware that, although we endeavor provide reasonable security for information we process and maintain, no security system can prevent all potential security breaches.

Changes

This Privacy Policy may be updated from time to time for any reason. We will notify you of any changes to our Privacy Policy by posting the new Privacy Policy on the Website or by informing you via email or text message. You are advised to consult this Privacy Policy regularly for any changes, as continued use is deemed approval of all changes.

By using the Website, you are consenting to our processing of your information as set forth in this Privacy Policy now and as amended by us.
