Welcome to Likhaan! Thanks for joining our Affiliate program.
These following terms and conditions apply to individuals who are accessing or using the Program as an affiliate (“you” or “Affiliate”) who refers customers to use product or service from Likhaan.
By participating in the Program, Affiliate agrees to use the Program in the manner specified in, and are bound by, these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these Terms and Conditions in their entirety you are not authorized to register as an Affiliate or participate in the Program in any manner.
Nature of Affiliate Relationship
The Affiliate participates in the Program as an independent contractor providing referral and marketing services to Likhaan. Nothing in these Terms shall be deemed to create an employer-employee relationship, partnership, agency, or joint venture between Likhaan and the Affiliate.
The Affiliate does not sell products, collect payments from customers, or issue receipts or invoices to customers on behalf of Likhaan.
1. Approval or Rejection of Registration
We reserve the right to approve or reject any Affiliate Program registration at our sole discretion. Likhaan shall not be liable for any damages, losses, or claims arising from the rejection or termination of an Affiliate application.
Affiliates must accurately declare their country of tax residence during registration and update it promptly if it changes.
2. Affiliate Links and Coupon
Affiliate link is automatically generated, but you can also generate an affiliate link for a specific product or collection. If a person clicks on someone else’s referral link and then later they click on yours, yours is the one that counts.
Affiliate might or might not be assigned to one coupon code with details and usage clarified on Dashboard. If customer both click on the affiliate link and use coupon code, you will not receive a double commission. If you’re not assigned a branded coupon, then you’re not allowed to promote the coupon.
Affiliate may also advertise Likhaan website on online channels such as Facebook, Instagram,... or offline classified channel ads, magazines, and newspapers.
Prohibited Affiliate Activities
Affiliates may not:
> Misrepresent themselves as Likhaan or as an official representative of Likhaan
> Use Likhaan’s brand name, trademarks, or domain name in paid advertisements, social media usernames, or misleading URLs without written approval
> Engage in spam, misleading claims, false discounts, or deceptive marketing practices
> Offer unauthorized incentives, rebates, or refunds to induce purchases
Likhaan reserves the right to reverse commissions and terminate affiliates engaging in prohibited conduct.
Affiliates may only promote Likhaan using their assigned affiliate links and approved marketing materials. Any tracking outside the Program may not be eligible for commission.
3. Commissions and Payments
Refer any customer to make a purchase on our website, you will get a commission amount which is calculated based on Commission structure. Commission amounts are calculated based on the net order value, excluding taxes, shipping fees, refunds, chargebacks, and other non-product fees.
For an Affiliate to receive a commission, you need to specify the payment details on Settings. Payment schedule will be notified on Affiliate Guide page.
For Philippine-resident Affiliates, a valid Philippine TIN is required before any payout can be released.
Commissions are computed on a monthly basis and paid according to the payout schedule indicated on the Affiliate dashboard, subject to successful order completion and internal verification.
Payments will only be sent for transactions that have been successfully completed. Use of the Affiliate Program is subject to a fair use policy subject to a fair use policy as determined by Likhaan in its reasonable discretion which gives Affiliate the right to review each and every referral order. Status of commission if displayed in Commission tab, any paid commission will be listed on Payment tab. Transactions that result in charge backs or refunds will not be paid out.
Taxes and Withholding
Affiliate commissions constitute income for services rendered.
For Affiliates who are Philippine residents, Likhaan shall withhold the applicable creditable withholding tax (currently ten percent [10%]) and shall issue BIR Form 2307 reflecting the tax withheld.
For Affiliates who are non-Philippine residents, Likhaan shall withhold final withholding tax at the applicable rate in accordance with Philippine tax laws and shall issue the appropriate certificate of tax withheld (BIR Form 2306).
Affiliates are solely responsible for declaring and reporting their income and for any additional taxes due in their country of residence. Likhaan shall not be responsible for the Affiliate’s personal tax compliance.
Likhaan requires Affiliates to provide basic identification or tax information necessary to process payments and comply with legal and regulatory requirements.
***Payout Requirements (Identity and Tax Information)
To process payouts and comply with legal and tax requirements, Likhaan may require the Affiliate to provide and keep up to date the information and documents listed below. Likhaan will not release any commission payout until the required information is submitted and verified.
For Philippine-resident Affiliates: full legal name, current address, Philippine TIN, and at least one valid government-issued ID.
For non-Philippine-resident Affiliates: full legal name, current address, country of tax residence, foreign tax identification number (if any) and/or passport/government-issued ID, and any additional details reasonably required to complete withholding tax documentation.
If the Affiliate fails to provide the required information within a reasonable time, Likhaan may withhold, delay, suspend, or forfeit payout processing until compliance is completed. Likhaan may also refuse registration, deactivate the account, or reverse commissions in cases of suspected fraud or inaccurate identity/tax information.
4. Marketing Tools
We may share promotion media such as banner, logo or specific collection promotion to you through Marketing tool tab. You can download the media or get the HTML embed code in order to share on affiliate channels.
Marketing materials may only be used for the purpose of promoting Likhaan and may not be modified, sublicensed, or used in a misleading manner.
5. Network
If Network tab is activated, affiliate can invite others to become their downline affiliate. If any downline affiliate brings order to a shop, upline affiliate will also get network commission which depends on the settings.
To invite other affiliates into the system, share network link and any other affiliate who click on that link and sign up will become a downline affiliate.
Likhaan reserves the right to modify, cap, or discontinue network or downline commissions at any time. Network commissions may be reversed in cases of fraud, abuse, or violation of these Terms.
6. Cookie
We use a cookie to track people who have clicked on your link, so they need to be using cookies for us to track them.
If a person doesn't allow cookies or clears their cookies then we can't track them so can't pay earnings on that person's activity.
Cookies day is said on the Affiliate registration form. The tracking day will start from the time a customer clicks on the affiliate’s link or use the coupon. Within the cookie time, every order made by this customer at Likhaan website will automatically result in commissions to the affiliate (There’s no need for the customer to click on the affiliate link then).
Likhaan makes no guarantee regarding tracking accuracy and shall not be liable for commissions not tracked due to technical limitations, browser settings, or user behavior.
7. Removal from Referral Program
Termination
Either party may terminate participation in the Affiliate Program at any time by written notice.
Likhaan reserves the right to suspend or terminate an Affiliate’s participation immediately, with or without notice, in cases of fraud, abuse, violation of these Terms, or conduct that may harm Likhaan’s reputation or operations.
Upon termination, any unpaid commissions that are valid and not subject to reversal shall be paid in accordance with the regular payout schedule.
8. Limitation of Liability
Likhaan shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of participation in the Affiliate Program, including loss of income, data, or business opportunities.
9. Modification of Terms
Likhaan reserves the right to modify these Affiliate Program Terms and Conditions at any time. Continued participation in the Program constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
10. Governing Law
These Affiliate Program Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.
