Litheli Affiliate Program Terms & Conditions

These Affiliate Program Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern participation in the Litheli Affiliate Program for the United States website. By applying for or participating in the Program, you ("Affiliate,""you," or "your") agree to these Terms.

1. Program Enrollment and Approval

Participation in the Program is subject to Litheli’s approval. We review each application to assess its suitability for the Program and generally provide an update within 3–5 business days.

Litheli may approve, decline, suspend, or terminate an application or Affiliate account at its discretion, including where an Affiliate’s promotional methods, website, social channels, audience, or content do not align with Litheli’s brand or these Terms.

2. Commission

Commission rates vary based on Affiliate type, promotional model, performance, product category, and the specific partnership arrangement.

Selected Affiliates may earn up to 20% commission on qualifying net sales. Your applicable commission rate will be communicated to you after approval and may be updated by Litheli with notice through the Affiliate Dashboard or by email.

A “qualifying net sale” means a completed sale tracked through an approved Affiliate link or authorized promotional code, excluding taxes, shipping fees, discounts, cancelled orders, refunded orders, fraudulent transactions, chargebacks, and any other non-qualifying transactions determined by Litheli.

3. Tracking and Cookie Duration

Litheli offers a 30-day cookie duration. When a customer clicks your approved Affiliate link, qualifying purchases made within 30 days may be attributed to you, subject to the tracking rules and technical limitations of the Affiliate platform.

Tracking may be affected by browser settings, device changes, cookie deletion, ad blockers, privacy settings, or other technical factors outside Litheli’s control. Litheli’s Affiliate platform records will be used to determine referral attribution and commission eligibility.

4. Payment Schedule

Commissions for valid orders placed during each calendar month are reviewed and processed in the middle of the following month. For example, valid commissions generated from August 1 through August 31 are expected to be processed in the middle of September.

There is no minimum payout threshold.

Affiliates are responsible for providing accurate and complete payment information. If payment cannot be completed because payout information is missing, inaccurate, invalid, or otherwise unavailable, the payment will be carried forward to the next payment cycle after the issue has been resolved.

Affiliates are solely responsible for any taxes, reporting obligations, fees, or other liabilities associated with payments received from Litheli.

5. Cancelled, Refunded, and Invalid Orders

No commission is payable on cancelled, refunded, fraudulent, or otherwise invalid orders.

If a commission has already been paid for an order that is later cancelled, refunded, charged back, or determined to be invalid, Litheli may deduct or offset the corresponding amount from the Affiliate’s future commissions.

6. Coupon and Promotional Code Policy

Affiliates may only promote discount codes, offers, and promotions that are explicitly provided or approved by Litheli.

Affiliates may not create, distribute, list, or promote unauthorized, expired, misleading, altered, or scraped Litheli coupon codes or offers. Coupon and deal Affiliates may receive different commission rates based on the approved partnership arrangement.

7. Paid Search and Brand Bidding Policy

Any paid search, pay-per-click (“PPC”), search engine marketing, or other paid advertising activity related to Litheli requires Litheli’s prior written approval.

Affiliates may not bid on, purchase, use, or target the terms “Litheli,” “Litheli coupon,” “Litheli discount,” any Litheli product name, or any misspelling, variation, or confusingly similar brand-related term as a keyword, ad copy, display URL, or domain name without prior written approval.

Affiliates may not use Litheli trademarks in a way that suggests they are Litheli, an official Litheli website, or otherwise authorized beyond their approved Affiliate relationship.

8. Promotional Content and Disclosure

Affiliates must promote Litheli honestly, accurately, and in compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, platform policies, and advertising standards.

Where required, Affiliates must clearly disclose their relationship with Litheli, including any commission, payment, free product, or other material connection. Disclosures must be clear, easy to notice, and placed with the relevant endorsement or promotional content.

Affiliates must not make false, misleading, unsubstantiated, or unsupported claims about Litheli products. Affiliates must not claim personal product experience they have not had.

9. Prohibited Activities

Affiliates must not:

• Purchase through their own Affiliate links or codes, or encourage friends, family, employees, or others to do so solely to generate commission.

• Use fraudulent, deceptive, misleading, automated, or unauthorized methods to generate traffic, clicks, leads, or sales.

• Use spam, unsolicited commercial messages, cookie stuffing, forced clicks, malware, adware, or similar practices.

• Register or operate multiple Affiliate accounts without Litheli’s written approval.

• Use Litheli intellectual property, product content, or creative assets except as provided or approved by Litheli.

• Promote Litheli on websites, channels, or content involving illegal, harmful, hateful, sexually explicit, deceptive, or otherwise inappropriate material.

10. Intellectual Property

Litheli may provide approved product images, creative assets, product information, trademarks, and other materials for Affiliate promotional use. These materials may only be used to promote Litheli in accordance with these Terms and any applicable brand guidelines.

Litheli retains all rights, title, and interest in its trademarks, content, products, and other intellectual property. No ownership rights are transferred to the Affiliate.

11. Termination

Either party may terminate participation in the Program at any time. Upon termination, the Affiliate must immediately stop using Litheli links, coupons, trademarks, creative assets, and other promotional materials.

Litheli may withhold or cancel commissions associated with violations of these Terms, fraud, invalid orders, or prohibited promotional activity.

12. Changes to These Terms

Litheli may update these Terms from time to time. Continued participation in the Program after updated Terms are posted or communicated constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

13. Privacy

Litheli’s collection and use of personal information is governed by the Litheli Privacy Policy, available at:
