These following terms and conditions apply to individuals who are accessing or using the Program both as a merchant (“we” or “merchant”) and an affiliate (“you” or “affiliate”) who refers customers to use product or service from the merchant.
By participating in the Program, Affiliate agrees to use the Program in the manner specified in, and are bound by, these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these Terms and Conditions in their entirety you are not authorized to register as an Affiliate or participate in the Program in any manner.
1.
Each affiliate is entitled to a commission of
10% on every *qualifying sale. The discount % might change & the
influencers would be pre-notified of the same well before the change in the
offers.
2.
*Qualifying sales exclude the below, and we will
not pay any commission on these :

The order is cancelled, returned, or refunded.
·
Order placed outside the country or in areas
where the company does not deliver.
3.
The commission is credited to the affiliate account,
as per the payment cycle after seven days of order delivery confirmation in our
systems
4.
The company will pay the commission to the
influencer on a monthly basis as per the payment cycle mentioned later in the
terms and conditions
5.
Each influencer content ( video, static, blog,
article, etc.) to have a UTM link and a unique coupon code.
6.
Each influencer content ( video, static, blog,
article, etc.) to have a UTM link/unique coupon code or both as provided by us
to track the sales
7.
The coupon code/UTM or both will entitle a
consumer to the specified discount on the website, which will be in addition to
the on-going discounts on the website
8.
The responsibility of getting the coupon
code/UTM link activated on time lies with the influencer or the influencer handling
agency.
9.
Sales will be tracked basis the code
redemption/UTM links
10.
Any influencer who makes 3* pieces of content in
a month and makes it live, is eligible for an additional cash coupon of Rs 500,
that they can use to shop from the website www.lotusherbals.com only

The content piece to be in addition to the
agreed deliverables i.e. if an influencer has agreed to make 1 video + 1 static
for X amount, but she delivers 2 videos + 3 static she is eligible for this
cash coupon.

The content has to be live on their social media
handles and the brand has to be tagged. Merely making the content and sharing
with the brand won’t be considered.

The content should be live on the respective
social media handles of the influencers for a minimum period of 45 days. In case
the content is taken down before 45 days, then an appropriate amount will be
deducted from the influencer commission/ influencer management agency fees.
11.
The payment for the prior month would be release
by the 20th on the next month. For instance, all the sales proceed between 1st
to 30th July 2021 would be processed by 20th August after we have validated the
delivery of the orders.
12.
No additional products will be provided to the
influencer for the content that they publish on their channels.
13.
The responsibility that the additional content
has been delivered lies with our social media team and moderators Post their
verification, the coupon will be issued.
