Our community is on fire for Christ and through our individual and collective gifts, we are committed to partnering with affiliates who love the quality of our products and enjoy the diversity of our community as much as we do.

1. Approval or Rejection of Registration
As an MMA Affiliate Partner, you agree to participate in and adhere to the Programme, as set out in the Terms and Conditions.
If you do not agree to the Terms and Conditions in their entirety, you will not be authorised to register or participate in the Programme in any manner.
We aim to deal with your application within 3 days and reserve the right to approve or reject ANY Affiliate Programme Registration at our sole and absolute discretion.
You will have no legal recourse against us for the rejection of your Affiliate Programme Registration.
2. Nature of the Partnership
As an Affiliate Partner, you are an independent contractor, and not employed by Make Me Available Ltd.
You are solely responsible for complying with all the local tax laws according to your region.
Use of the Affiliate Programme is subject to a fair use policy which gives us as the merchant, the right to review each and every referral order.
3. Non - Exclusivity Cause
MMA is not limited to the amount of affiliates it partners with, and you are also free to promote any other businesses or products.
4. Affiliate Partner Activity
You can login and view your activity on your user friendly back office at anytime.
5. Getting Started
If your application is accepted you have 24 hours to place your order for 5 of our bestsellers in the £99/$99 starter bundle worth £145 which includes FREE SHIPPING or place your order for access to the £79/79 e bundle which allows you to use all our images on your own website/blog/online store.
Jewellery, Gift and Greeting Cards are excluded.
6. Physical Repeat Orders
For every repeat order placed online, you are eligible for the following discounts on all MMA Merch using the following tier system:
15% to invest in $125 - $175 worth of stock & FREE SHIPPING
25% to invest in $176 - $325 worth of stock & FREE SHIPPING
40% to invest in $326 - $500 & FREE SHIPPING
Jewellery, Gift and Greeting Cards are excluded.
7. Referral E Sales
When a customer uses your assigned discount code to make a purchase, known as a referral e-sale, commission will be allocated using the following tiers:
1 - 30 referral e-sales - 12.5%
31- 75 referral e-sales - 17.5%
76+ referral sales e-sales 25%
Commission Payments are sent on the last working day of each month for all transactions that have been successfully completed via STRIPE CONNECT and will be listed in the payments tab.
STRIPE CONNECT will send you a secure link by email, which you then have 7 days to activate so that commission payments can be sent to you.
Payments are paid in GB currency using the applicable conversion rate. We will not pay more than one commission rate or other similar referral fee on any given customer transaction, unless we choose to at our discretion.
Any transactions that results in chargebacks or refunds will NOT be paid out.
8. Further Partner Incentives
We will send you or someone you nominate, a MMA e-gift card to be used on the store within 6 months of the date of issue, when the following number of sales regardless of the channel used are successfully processed:
75+ sales - £50 e -gift card
125+ sales - £100 e-gift card
This cannot be redeemed for cash, or used in conjunction with any other offer.
In cases where misuse of the incentive programme is established, we reserve the right to remove or amend it without prior notice and with immediate affect.
This will also terminate your partnership as an MMA Affiliate Partner.
9. Discount Codes
Only MMA generated discount codes are allowed to be promoted, and we reserve the right to remove, deactivate and issue a new code as and when deemed appropriate.
At our discretion, an additional promotional code with a limited time offer, may be shared with you in the event that a new product or collection is launched.
10. Marketing tool
During the term of this agreement you may:
(A) Use the logo, trademark and product images in connection with the Affiliate Programme and this agreement only.
(B) Use our logo, trademark and product images on your own blog, website and social media channels, including traditional channels such as magazines, newspapers and word of mouth.
You must not:
(A) Alter the logo, trademark or product images in anyway.
(B) Use our trademark, logo or product images in a misleading or disparaging way.
(C) Use our trademark, logo or product images in a way that implies we endorse or sponsor your products and services.
(D) Use our trademark, logo or product images in violation of or connection with an obscene, indecent, or unlawful topic or material.
(E) Immediately comply if we request that you discontinue their use.
11. Exiting the Programme
