Matcha Botanicals Affiliate Program Terms & Conditions
Welcome to Matcha Botanicals! Thank you for joining our Affiliate Program.
These Terms & Conditions apply to individuals and businesses participating in the Matcha Botanicals Affiliate Program. By registering as an affiliate, you agree to comply with the following terms. If you do not agree with these Terms & Conditions, you are not authorized to participate in the Program.
1. Affiliate Eligibility & Registration
We reserve the right to approve or reject any Affiliate Program application at our sole discretion.
The Matcha Botanicals Affiliate Program is intended exclusively for:
- Content creators
- Influencers
- Bloggers
- Educators
- Cafés
- Businesses
- Individuals with an active and public online presence related to matcha, tea, wellness, nutrition, food, recipes, lifestyle or similar topics.
Applicants must have at least one active and publicly accessible social media account or website where they regularly publish original content.
Applications may be rejected if:
- the applicant does not have an active public profile;
- the account appears inactive, fake or spam;
- the applicant primarily operates coupon, cashback or deal websites;
- the applicant's primary intention is earning commissions without creating genuine promotional content.
You will have no legal recourse against Matcha Botanicals regarding the acceptance or rejection of your application.
2. Affiliate Links, Coupons & Promotion
Each affiliate receives a unique affiliate link and may also receive a personal discount code.
Affiliate links may be generated for our website, individual products or collections.
If a customer clicks multiple affiliate links, the most recent valid referral link will receive the commission.
Affiliates may promote Matcha Botanicals through:
- Instagram
- TikTok
- YouTube
- Blogs
- Pinterest
- Facebook
- Newsletters
- Personal websites
- Other approved online channels
Promotion should include original content, such as:
- Recipes
- Product reviews
- Tutorials
- Lifestyle content
- Educational content
- Personal recommendations
- Photos and videos featuring Matcha Botanicals products
Affiliates may not:
- promote Matcha Botanicals exclusively through coupon websites;
- publish affiliate codes without creating original content;
- use browser extensions, cashback platforms or automated coupon services;
- mislead customers regarding discounts or promotions.
If a customer uses an affiliate coupon code, only the commission associated with that code will apply.
Double commissions are never paid.
3. Commissions & Payments
Affiliates receive commissions according to the commission structure shown in their Affiliate Dashboard.
Commissions are calculated based on the product value only and exclude:
- Taxes
- Shipping costs
- Other fees
To receive payments, affiliates must provide valid payment details.
Payments are only made for successfully completed orders.
Orders that are refunded, cancelled, charged back or considered fraudulent will not generate commissions.
Matcha Botanicals reserves the right to manually review every referral order before approving commissions.
4. Marketing Materials
Matcha Botanicals may provide marketing materials including:
- Logos
- Product images
- Videos
- Banners
- Promotional graphics
These materials may only be used for promoting Matcha Botanicals.
Affiliates may not modify official branding in a misleading manner.
5. Cookie Tracking
We use cookies to track referrals.
The cookie duration is displayed during registration.
If customers disable or delete cookies, we may be unable to track referrals, and commissions cannot be guaranteed.
6. Affiliate Activity Requirements
To remain active in the Matcha Botanicals Affiliate Program, affiliates are expected to:
- Maintain an active public social media account or website.
- Publish genuine content featuring Matcha Botanicals products.
- Promote the brand in an authentic and honest manner.
- Comply with these Terms & Conditions.
Affiliates who stop creating content for extended periods may be reviewed and removed from the program.
7. Removal from the Affiliate Program
Matcha Botanicals reserves the right to suspend, deactivate or permanently remove any affiliate account at any time if the affiliate:
- no longer maintains an active public social media account or website;
- does not create original content about Matcha Botanicals;
- only distributes coupon codes or affiliate links;
- primarily uses coupon websites, cashback websites or discount platforms;
- creates fake, misleading or spam accounts;
- violates these Terms & Conditions;
- damages the reputation of Matcha Botanicals;
- engages in fraudulent activity.
Any unpaid commissions generated after a violation may be cancelled at the sole discretion of Matcha Botanicals.
Affiliates may also voluntarily leave the program at any time by contacting:

8. General
By participating in the Matcha Botanicals Affiliate Program, affiliates acknowledge that Matcha Botanicals may periodically review affiliate accounts and promotional activities to ensure compliance with these Terms & Conditions.
Matcha Botanicals reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued participation in the program constitutes acceptance of any updates.
