1. Terms and Conditions:

We reserve the right to approve or reject any Affiliate Program Registration. Once an Ambassador is approved by MedStudy, a discount code will be available for buyers at checkout to receive 40% off their purchase of any Medical Student product of $100 or more. Discount cannot be used on product extensions. Only one discount can be applied.

• Exclusivity. While serving as a MedStudy Ambassador, Ambassador agrees not to enter a paid relationship for similar services with any other medical education company. Ambassador will not promote benefits of other medical education products within promotional communications about MedStudy.

• Ambassador’s discount code will be valid for as long as they are an active MedStudy Ambassador.

2. Restrictions and Limitations:

• Must be 18+ and currently in medical school and in good academic standing.

• Ambassador’s discount code/affiliate link is to share with Ambassador’s medical school contacts and social communities only and must not be distributed or sold for any commercial purposes or otherwise publicized for use by the general public or on site where you are not the primary owner and operator. 

• MedStudy reserves the right to refuse to honor referral codes and/or terminate your eligibility for this program if MedStudy suspects abuse (such as posting your referral code to deal or coupon aggregator sites, review sites or videos, etc.)

• MedStudy reserves the right to modify, change, update, terminate or restrict the applicability of this Ambassador Program at any time in its sole discretion and without further notice. 

• If partnership is terminated by either party, Ambassador’s referral code will automatically expire.
