Affiliate Program Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legal agreement between the participant in the Affiliate Program ("Affiliate") and Moda Int SRL ("Company"), governing participation in our Affiliate Program. Please carefully read these Terms before participating in the Affiliate Program.

1. Acceptance of Terms

1.1 By agreeing to participate in our Affiliate Program, the Affiliate confirms that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms in their entirety.

2. Promotion of Products and/or Services

2.1 The Affiliate agrees to actively promote Moda Int SRL's products and/or services using agreed-upon means and strategies.

2.2 The Affiliate agrees to conduct all promotional activities ethically and in compliance with applicable laws.

3. Promotional Materials and Resources

3.1 Moda Int SRL will provide the Affiliate with all necessary promotional materials and resources to carry out promotional activities.

4. Commissions

4.1 Moda Int SRL will pay the Affiliate a commission based on the affiliate level achieved:

• General Commission (Base Level): 9% on each sale generated through the Affiliate's affiliate links.
• Silver Commission (Intermediate Level): 11% on each sale generated through the Affiliate's affiliate links.
• Gold Commission (Advanced Level): 15% on each sale generated through the Affiliate's affiliate links.

4.2 Commissions will be calculated based on successful sales and will be paid within 30 days from the end of the month in which the sale is confirmed as final and not subject to returns or refunds.

5. Duration and Termination of Contract

5.1 This Agreement shall have a duration of [insert duration] unless terminated earlier in accordance with the provisions herein.

5.2 Either party may terminate this Agreement by written notice to the other party with at least 14 days' notice.
