MONFIT Affiliate Program Terms and Conditions. Last updated 10 August 2026.
Acceptance. By applying to the MONFIT Affiliate Program you agree to these terms. MONFIT may update them from time to time, and continued participation constitutes acceptance of the current version.
Eligibility and approval. Applications are reviewed individually. MONFIT may approve or decline any application at its discretion and without stating a reason. You must be of legal age in your jurisdiction.
Commission. Approved affiliates earn 10% of the product value of qualifying orders placed through their affiliate link or assigned discount code. Shipping, taxes and other charges are excluded. Commission is calculated on the amount actually paid after any discount.
Attribution. Referrals are tracked by browser cookie for 30 days from the click, and by discount code where one is assigned. Where more than one affiliate is involved in a sale, MONFIT tracking records determine attribution.
Approval of commission. Commission remains pending until the corresponding order is complete and past the return window. Refunded, cancelled or fraudulent orders generate no commission, and any commission already credited on such orders is reversed.
Payment schedule. Approved commission is paid once per month, on the 15th of the month. Commission approved after that date is carried into the following month's payment. Payments are made to the payout method you select in your affiliate account; if your payout details are incomplete on the payment date, the balance is carried forward to the next monthly payment.
Self-referral. You may not earn commission on your own purchases.
Prohibited promotion. You may not bid on MONFIT brand terms in paid search or run advertising that impersonates MONFIT; use spam, unsolicited email or misleading claims; post MONFIT discount codes to coupon aggregator or deal sites; make health, medical or performance claims about MONFIT products that MONFIT has not itself published; or misrepresent your relationship with MONFIT.
Paid search traffic. Referrals that MONFIT identifies as originating from paid search are flagged for review and may be declined.
Fraud prevention. MONFIT operates automated fraud controls. Duplicate referrals originating from the same IP address within a short window, and sign-ups identified as spam or automated, are not recorded and earn no commission.
Disclosure. You must clearly disclose your affiliate relationship wherever you promote MONFIT, as required by the FTC and equivalent regulators in your market.
Brand use. MONFIT grants a limited, revocable, non-exclusive licence to use MONFIT names, logos and supplied assets solely to promote MONFIT products. You may not alter the MONFIT logo or register MONFIT marks, domains or social handles.
Termination. Either party may end the relationship at any time. MONFIT may withhold unpaid commission where these terms have been breached.
Relationship of the parties. You are an independent contractor, not an employee, agent or partner of MONFIT, and you are responsible for your own taxes.
Governing law. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. The parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Florida.
