Nammi.is Affiliate Program Terms & Conditions
These Affiliate Program Terms & Conditions apply to all affiliates participating in the Nammi.is Affiliate Program. Nammi.is is owned and operated by SG Veitingar ehf.
By participating in the Nammi.is Affiliate Program, you agree to the following terms:
1. Products, Prices and Orders
SG Veitingar ehf., owner of Nammi.is, reserves the right to:
Cancel or refuse any order.
Change product prices at any time.
Add, remove or change products offered on Nammi.is.
Change product availability without prior notice.
Affiliate commission is only payable on successfully completed and paid orders.
2. Cancelled, Returned, Refunded or Lost Orders
Affiliate commission will not be paid on orders that are:
Cancelled.
Refunded.
Returned.
Lost in transit and refunded or replaced without payment.
Subject to a chargeback or payment dispute.
Determined to be fraudulent.
If affiliate commission has already been credited for such an order, Nammi.is reserves the right to deduct the commission from future affiliate payments.
3. Affiliate Cookie Duration
The Nammi.is Affiliate Program uses a 1,100-day tracking cookie.
If a customer visits Nammi.is through a valid affiliate link, the affiliate may receive commission on qualifying purchases made during the 1,100-day cookie period, subject to the affiliate tracking system correctly recording the referral.
4. Use of the Nammi.is Logo and Brand
Affiliates must always use the Nammi.is name, logo, images and other brand materials correctly.
Affiliates may not:
Alter the Nammi.is logo without permission.
Create a logo or design that could be confused with the official Nammi.is brand.
Represent themselves as Nammi.is or SG Veitingar ehf.
Create websites, social media accounts or advertising that could reasonably appear to be officially operated by Nammi.is.
Nammi.is may request that any incorrect or inappropriate use of its brand be removed immediately.
5. Advertising Products
Please contact Nammi.is before running a specific promotion, advertisement or campaign relating to a particular product.
This allows us to confirm that:
The product is currently available.
We expect to have sufficient stock.
The price and product information being advertised are correct.
Nammi.is cannot guarantee continued availability of products promoted by an affiliate.
6. Google Ads and Paid Search Advertising Are Not Allowed
Affiliates are not permitted to advertise Nammi.is through Google Ads or any other paid search engine advertising platform.
This restriction includes, but is not limited to:
Google Ads.
Microsoft/Bing Ads.
Yahoo advertising.
Paid search advertising on other search engines.
Paid shopping advertisements.
Paid keyword advertising.
Affiliates may not bid on or purchase advertising using keywords including:
Nammi
Nammi.is
Nammi Iceland
SG Veitingar
Misspellings or variations of Nammi or Nammi.is.
Any Nammi.is trademark, brand name or confusingly similar term.
Affiliates may also not use affiliate links to send paid-search traffic directly or indirectly to Nammi.is.
Any commission generated through prohibited paid-search advertising may be cancelled.
Repeated or intentional violations may result in immediate termination from the Affiliate Program.
7. Misleading Advertising
Affiliates must advertise Nammi.is accurately and honestly.
Affiliates may not:
Make false or misleading statements about products.
Advertise prices that are no longer valid.
Advertise products known to be unavailable.
Claim to be an official representative or employee of Nammi.is.
Create misleading discount codes or promotions.
Use false claims to encourage customers to purchase.
8. Coupon and Discount Codes
Affiliates may only promote discount codes that have been provided or approved by Nammi.is.
Affiliates may not:
Create unauthorized Nammi.is coupon codes.
Advertise expired or invalid coupons.
Present publicly available discount codes as exclusive affiliate discounts unless Nammi.is has approved this.
Use misleading coupon pages solely to generate affiliate clicks.
9. Self-Referrals
Affiliates may not use their own affiliate links to generate commission on their own purchases.
Nammi.is reserves the right to cancel commissions that are determined to be self-referrals, artificial transactions or attempts to manipulate the affiliate system.
10. Affiliate Commission and Customer Discount
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, approved Nammi.is affiliates receive:
10% commission on qualifying affiliate sales.
Where an affiliate has been issued a customer discount code, the customer may receive a 10% discount, subject to the conditions applying to that particular code.
Commission is calculated on qualifying sales after discounts and may exclude shipping charges, taxes, duties, refunds and other non-product charges.
11. Affiliate Payments
Affiliate payments are normally made monthly once the affiliate balance reaches USD $100.
If the affiliate balance is below USD $100, the balance will normally remain in the affiliate account and carry forward until the minimum payment threshold has been reached.
Payment methods and payment schedules may be changed by Nammi.is when necessary.
12. Social Media and Online Promotion
Affiliates may promote Nammi.is through websites, blogs, email newsletters and social media, provided the promotion complies with these terms.
Affiliates are responsible for following any advertising disclosure requirements that apply to them, including clearly disclosing their affiliate relationship when required.
Spam, unsolicited bulk messaging or deceptive advertising is not permitted.
13. Affiliate Links and Tracking
Affiliates are responsible for using their correct affiliate links and tracking codes.
Nammi.is cannot guarantee commission where:
The affiliate link has been changed or incorrectly used.
The customer blocks or deletes cookies.
Tracking technology is prevented from operating.
Another referral or tracking method overrides the original affiliate referral.
The affiliate tracking system is unable to identify the transaction.
14. Suspension or Termination
Nammi.is reserves the right to suspend or terminate an affiliate account at any time where we believe these terms have been violated.
Serious violations, including prohibited Google Ads or paid search advertising, fraud, misleading advertising or misuse of the Nammi.is brand, may result in:
Immediate termination from the Affiliate Program.
Cancellation of unpaid commissions associated with the violation.
Removal of access to affiliate links, discount codes and promotional materials.
15. Changes to the Affiliate Program
SG Veitingar ehf. reserves the right to modify the Affiliate Program, commission rates, payment terms, cookie duration, promotional rules or these Affiliate Program Terms & Conditions.
Updated terms may be published on Nammi.is and will apply from the effective date stated in the updated terms.
