Natren Affiliate Program Terms
Version: October 29, 2026. These terms apply to new applications submitted on or after this date. They do not retroactively replace an existing signed agreement or change previously earned commissions.
Joining the program
You are applying to participate in Natren, Inc.'s affiliate program. Registration is subject to Natren's review and approval. Provide accurate contact, promotional-channel and payment information, keep it current, and protect your account credentials. You may promote the program after your application is approved.
Your commission and referral terms
The commission structure, attribution window and any product exclusions for your assigned program are shown on the registration page and in your affiliate account. The current default program displays a 10% percentage-of-sale commission and a 30-day referral cookie. A separate signed agreement, where applicable, continues to govern its agreed scope.
Commission is calculated on eligible product sales after applicable discounts, excluding tax, shipping, shipping tax and tips. Excluded products and self-referrals do not earn commission. A customer discount does not itself establish a different commission rate. You do not receive duplicate commission because the same purchase uses both your link and your assigned coupon.
Use the referral links and any coupons assigned to you in your account. Link attribution depends on valid tracking, the applicable window, customer privacy choices and the program's attribution rules. Cross-device visits, blocked tracking or competing referrals may affect attribution. A tracked referral or pending balance is subject to review, not confirmation that payment has been made. Contact Natren promptly about a suspected missing or incorrect referral.
These terms do not create a new right to lifetime commission or to commission on every repeat purchase or subscription renewal. Any existing entitlement must be determined from the applicable agreement and program records. No existing entitlement is waived by this clarification.
Approval, adjustments and payment
Natren reviews referral transactions before approving commission. Cancelled, fraudulent, refunded or charged-back amounts are not eligible sales; partial refunds require a corresponding adjustment to the eligible amount. Your account shows pending, approved and paid records separately. Provide the payment details requested in your account. The applicable payment process and schedule are described in your Affiliate Guide or separate written agreement. For a payment question or disputed adjustment, contact Natren with the relevant referral or order reference. Do not send banking credentials or customer payment information by email.
Responsible promotion
Clearly disclose your financial relationship with Natren close to each endorsement or affiliate link, in language your audience can understand. For example: "I may earn a commission if you purchase through this link." Follow applicable advertising, endorsement, privacy and anti-spam requirements. Make truthful statements based on your actual experience and use Natren-approved product descriptions and current promotional materials. Do not claim that a product diagnoses, treats, cures or prevents a disease, or make unsupported health claims.
Do not impersonate Natren, invent discounts, promise unapproved product benefits, manipulate referrals, place tracking without a genuine customer action, or use customer information obtained through the program for unrelated purposes. Natren's logos and supplied assets may be used only to promote the program accurately; do not alter product labels or imply broader authorization.
Support and records
You may ask to leave the program or raise a referral, payment or content question by emailing customerservice@natren.com. Identify your affiliate account and the issue, without including passwords or unnecessary customer details. Leaving the program does not by itself resolve or waive an existing earned-commission claim. Keep a copy of these terms and any separate agreement. Material future commercial changes require a separate, clearly communicated update; this version does not implement them.
