Reserve the right to terminate the affiliate partnership/program at individual or collective level without any prior notice.

By signing up to this program, you agree to abide by all government rules & regulations, including (but not limited to) with respect to taxes. You agree to provide required documents (such as PAN card, GST details) if required by law. Failing to comply with government rules, we reserve the right to withhold (or cancel) your commission.

By signing up to this program, you agree to always follow the brand guidelines in all aspects. You will not indulge into sharing negative information about brand on public platforms.

Dispute resolution – You can reach out to us at cs@houseofzelena.com for grievance redressal, decision by Brand (management team of House of Zelena) will be final. Any further escalation (if legal), will be under jurisdiction of state of Delhi.

Payments – Commission payouts will be done 2 times every month. 15 days post delivery of order (or the returns window period – whichever is higher), you will be eligible to receive the commission on that particular order in the immediate payment cycle

How will payments be processed – You will be asked to share required bank account details. Payments will be processed online, such as through net Banking mode.

Taxes – TDS will be deducted as per statutory norms; you can claim input credit when you file GST returns.
