OIXDESIGN Influencer Affiliate Program - Terms and Conditions

1. Program Overview
Welcome to the OIXDESIGN Influencer Affiliate Program ("Program"). This Program allows influencers to promote OIXDESIGN products and earn commissions on sales generated through their unique affiliate links and coupon codes.
2. Eligibility
To participate in this Program, you must be at least 18 years old and have an active social media account (e.g., Instagram) with a substantial following. OIXDESIGN reserves the right to accept or reject any affiliate application at its sole discretion.
3. Commission Structure
- Commission Rate: 20% of the total sale value.
- Cookie Duration: 60 days. If a customer makes a purchase within 60 days of clicking your affiliate link, you will receive a commission.
- Coupon Code: Customers using your unique coupon code will receive discount on their purchase, and you will earn a 20% commission on the discounted sale.
4. Affiliate Responsibilities
As an OIXDESIGN affiliate, you agree to:
- Promote OIXDESIGN products in a positive and ethical manner.
- Use only the brand assets provided by OIXDESIGN (e.g., logos, images).
- Adhere to all applicable advertising guidelines and regulations.
- Avoid any misleading or deceptive practices.
5. Prohibited Activities
Affiliates are prohibited from:
- Engaging in spamming or any form of unsolicited communication.
- Making false claims about OIXDESIGN products.
- Using OIXDESIGN trademarks or logos without permission outside of approved promotional materials.
- Promoting OIXDESIGN products on websites or platforms that contain offensive or inappropriate content.
6. Payments
- Minimum Payout Threshold: $100. Commissions will be paid out once your balance reaches $100.
- Payment Schedule: Payments are processed monthly, typically within 15 days of the end of each month.
- Payment Method: Payments will be made via PayPal to the email address provided by the affiliate.
- Deductions: OIXDESIGN reserves the right to deduct commissions for returned or refunded orders, as well as for any fraudulent transactions.
7. Termination
OIXDESIGN reserves the right to terminate your participation in the Program at any time if you violate these terms or engage in activities that harm the OIXDESIGN brand. Upon termination, any unpaid commissions may be forfeited.
8. Intellectual Property
All brand assets, including logos, product images, and promotional materials, remain the property of OIXDESIGN. Affiliates are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use these assets solely for the purpose of promoting OIXDESIGN products.
9. Modification of Terms
OIXDESIGN reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Affiliates will be notified of any changes via email or through the affiliate dashboard. Continued participation in the Program after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
10. Dispute Resolution
Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration in British Columbia, Canada, in accordance with the rules of the British Columbia International Commercial Arbitration Centre (BCICAC).
11. Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of British Columbia, Canada, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
