These following terms and conditions apply to individuals who are accessing or using the Program. Users may either be a merchant (“we” or “merchant”) or an affiliate (“you” or “affiliate”). An affiliate is the party who refers customers to use product or service from the merchant.
By participating in the Program, Affiliate agrees to use the Program in the manner specified in, and are bound by, these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these Terms and Conditions in their entirety you are not authorized to register as an Affiliate or participate in the Program in any manner.
1. Approve or Reject of the Registration
We reserve the right to approve or reject ANY Affiliate Program Registration in our sole and absolute discretion. You will have no legal recourse against us for the rejection of your Affiliate Program Registration.
2. Affiliate Links and Coupon
Affiliate link is automatically generated, but you can also generate an affiliate link for a specific product or collection. The last referral link used by a customer will receive the compensation. For clarity, if a user clicks a link before yours, but ultimately clicks your link, the system will recognize your link and you will receive the compensation.
Affiliate might or might not be assigned to one coupon code with details and usage clarified on Dashboard. If a customer clicks on the affiliate link and uses the affiliate’s coupon code, you will not receive a double commission.
Affiliate may also advertise merchant website on online channels such as Facebook, Instagram, other social media platforms or offline classified channel ads, magazines, and newspapers.
3. Commissions and payment
The following information can be found on the Affiliate Portal.
Refer any customer to make a purchase on our website, you will get a commission amount which is calculated based on Commission structure. Commission amount is dependent on order value and not including extra fee (tax, shipping cost,...). Commission will be based on displayed current pricing of product listed on website. (Specific details regarding Commission structure is located on the Benefits page found under “Additional Terms” in the Affiliate Portal.)
For an Affiliate to receive a commission, you need to specify the payment details on “Settings”. Payment schedule will be notified on Affiliate Guide page.
Payments will only be sent for transactions that have been successfully completed. Use of the Affiliate Program is subject to the merchant's right to review and approve each and every referral order prior to commission payout. Status of commission is displayed in the “Commission” tab, any paid commission will be listed on the” Payment” tab. Transactions that result in chargebacks or refunds will not be paid out. Notification will be made for any resulting charge back or refunds issued on affiliate’s account.
4. Marketing tool
We may share promotion media such as banners, logos or specific collection promotion to you through the Marketing tool tab. You can download the media or get the HTML embed code in order to share on affiliate channels.
5. Cookie
We use a cookie to track people who have clicked on your link, so they need to be using cookies for us to track them. If a person doesn't allow cookies or clears their cookies then we cannot track them and therefore cannot pay earnings on that person's activity. Cookies day is said on the Affiliate registration form. The tracking day will start from the time a customer clicks on the affiliate’s link or uses the coupon. Within the cookie time, every order made by this customer at the merchant website will automatically result in commissions to the affiliate .
6. Removal from Referral Program
If an affiliate wishes to be removed from the affiliate program, they can do so by contacting: support@onoroller.com.
7. Content
The Affiliate agrees to create at least one video showcasing the free ONO Product they received. This video shall be shared on the Affiliate’s social media platform that was agreed upon by the Merchant and Affiliate. If no formal agreement was made, the Affiliate must post on the social media platform that the Merchant and Affiliate first began conversation around this partnership.
The Affiliate shall own the Work Product. Affiliate hereby grants to Sleek Life Designs LLC and ONO an irrevocable, exclusive, royalty free, worldwide, perpetual licensing right to use and display Affiliate’s Work Product for non-paid and paid promotional purposes including but not limited to website media, advertisements, or posted on the social media platforms controlled and owned by Merchant.
8. FTC Guidelines For Affiliates and Sponsored Videos
Affiliate Will Comply With Laws. The Affiliate promises that the manner it does this job, its work product, and any background IP it uses comply with applicable U.S. and foreign laws and regulations. The Affiliate agrees to comply with all state and federal laws including but not limited to the Federal Trade Commission Act. The Affiliate must disclose clearly and conspicuously the material relationship between the Affiliate and Merchant. Affiliate may use the following hashtags to disclose the relationship between the Merchant and Affiliate, but must be
before the fold: #ONOpartner, #ONOaffiliate. If Affiliate requires assistance in how to disclose, the Affiliate shall contact the Merchant prior to posting any content. If Affiliate fails to comply with the FTC requirements for disclosure, the Merchant is not responsible for FTC fines served to the Affiliate and may terminate this partnership immediately for cause without further compensation to the Affiliate.

These Terms and Conditions incorporate the Master Agreement. By joining the ONO Affiliate Program, you are also agreeing to the Master Agreement along with these Terms and Conditions. If there is conflicting language between the Master Agreement and these Terms and Conditions, these Terms and Conditions shall control.
