Welcome to Ophire Co! Thanks for joining our Affiliate program. This document contains important information regarding the Ophire Co. Affiliate Program. Please read the following terms and conditions carefully!
These following terms and conditions apply to individuals who are accessing or using the Program both as Ophire Co. and an Affiliate (“you” or “Affiliate”) who refers customers to use products or services from Ophire Co.
By participating in the Affiliate Program, Affiliates agree to use the Affiliate Program in the manner specified in, and are bound by, these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these Terms and Conditions in their entirety you are not authorized to register as an Affiliate or participate in the Affiliate Program in any manner.
Approval or Rejection of your Registration
Ophire Co. reserves the right to approve or reject ANY Affiliate Program Registration in our sole and absolute discretion. You will have no legal recourse against us for the rejection of your Affiliate Program Registration.
Affiliate Links and Discount Codes
An Affiliate link is automatically generated for you in your Dashboard, but you can also generate custom Affiliate links for specific product or collections. The Affiliate commission is given to the last Affiliates link the customer clicked on. The customers data is retained for 30 days and the Affiliate will receive the commission on that customer as long as the customer purchases within 30 days. Discount Codes are given at the discretion of Ophire Co. If a customer clicks on your Affiliate link and uses a Discount Code, you will not receive a double commission.
Affiliates may also advertise the Ophire Co. website on online channels such as Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest, YouTube, Tik Tok, etc. or offline classified channel ads, magazines, and newspapers.
Commissions and payment
If you refer a customer to make a purchase on our website, you will get a commission amount which is calculated based on the Commission structure. Commission amount is dependent on the order value and excludes extra fees (tax, shipping cost, etc.).
For an Affiliate to receive a commission, you need to specify your payment details in the Dashboard. The payment schedule will be stated in the Affiliate Guide page. If you fail to add payment details after 30 days your account will be deleted.
Payments will only be sent for transactions that have been successfully completed. Use of the Affiliate Program is subject to a fair use policy which gives Ophire Co. the right to review each and every referral order. Status of commission is displayed in the Commission tab, any paid commission will be listed in the Payment tab. Transactions that result in charge backs or refunds will not be paid out.
New Releases
Ophire Co. is continually developing new products to be released to market. As an Ophire Co. Affiliate, you may be notified of new releases ahead of time and are allowed to begin working on content for the new release. All new releases are not to be leaked or discussed with anyone until the official release date.
Marketing tools
Ophire Co. may share promotional media content such as banners, logos, videos, photos, etc. to you through the Marketing tool tab. You can download the media or get the HTML embed code for you to share on your Affiliate channels.
Cookies
Ophire Co. uses cookie data to track people who have clicked on your Affiliate link. Please be aware that customers need to have browser cookie settings enabled in order for Ophire Co. to track your customers using your Affiliate link in order for Affiliates to receive commission.
If a customer doesn't allow browser cookies (or clears their browser cookies) then Ophire Co. will be unable to track customer activity and we will be unable to pay Affiliate earnings on that customer.
Customer cookie data will begin tracking when the customer clicks on an Affiliate link. The customers data is retained for 30 days and the Affiliate will receive the commission on that customer as long as the customer purchases within 30 days. The Affiliate commission is given to the last Affiliates link the customer clicked on, which may mean you will not get a commission if the customer clicks on another Affiliates link.
Exclusions
Commissions will not be paid to Affiliates for sales generated through the promotion of clearance items. Clearance items include Oops Sales, certain inventory reduction sales, specific promotional sales or items, etc. Clearance items are defined as products that are offered at a significantly reduced price due to being discontinued, overstocked, blemished, or otherwise marked for clearance from our inventory. Ophire Co. reserves the right to exclude Affiliate Commissions at our discretion.
Leaving the Referral Program
If an Affiliate wishes to be removed from the Affiliate Program, they can do so by contacting: support@ophireco.com.
Prohibited actions and Affiliate Link Sharing
It is strictly prohibited for Ophire Co. Affiliates to share their Ophire Co. Affiliate links with other Ophire Co. Affiliate members. Ophire Co. Affiliate links are intended for individual use only and are assigned to Affiliates for the purpose of tracking their performance and attributing sales to their efforts. Sharing Affiliate links within the Affiliate community undermines the integrity of the program and can lead to various issues including but not limited to:
Loss of accurate tracking: Shared Affiliate links make it difficult to accurately attribute sales to the respective Affiliates, which can result in disputes over commissions.
Violation of terms: Sharing Affiliate links with other Affiliates violates the terms and conditions of our Affiliate program.
Unfair advantage: Sharing Affiliate links can create an unfair advantage for certain Affiliates and disrupt the equitable distribution of commissions.
Consequences of Violation
Any Affiliate found sharing their Affiliate links with other affiliate members, or Affiliates that leak new products ahead of the scheduled release date without prior authorization from Ophire Co., will be subject to appropriate disciplinary actions, which may include:
- Immediate termination of Affiliate status.
- Withholding or forfeiture of commissions earned through shared Affiliate links.
- Suspension from participating in the Affiliate program in the future.
Affiliates will be removed from the program if they use their links for personal purchases. This includes individuals living in the same household.
Legal and Personal Threats
Ophire Co. has a strict 0 tolerance policy against threats of legal action or physical violence towards Ophire Co., its employees, or its Affiliates. Any such action is cause for immediate termination of your Ophire Co. Affiliate account, your ophireco.com accounts, and all relation to Ophire Co. in any capacity.
