Welcome to Pinell Tools! Thanks for joining our Affiliate program.
These terms and conditions apply to individuals accessing or using the Program both as a merchant (“we” or “merchant”) and an affiliate (“you” or “affiliate”) who refers customers to a product or service from the merchant.
By participating in the Program, Affiliate agrees to use the Program in the manner specified in, and to be bound by, these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these Terms and Conditions in their entirety, you are not authorized to register as an Affiliate or participate in the Program in any manner.
1. Approval or Rejection of RegistrationWe reserve the right to approve or reject ANY Affiliate Program registration in our sole and absolute discretion. You will have no legal recourse against us for the rejection of your registration.
2. Affiliate Links and CouponsYour affiliate link is generated automatically, and you can also generate links for a specific product or collection. If a person clicks another affiliate's referral link and later clicks yours, yours is the one that counts.
You may or may not be assigned a coupon code, with details and usage shown on your Dashboard. If a customer both clicks your affiliate link and uses your coupon code, you will not receive a double commission. If you are not assigned a branded coupon, you may not promote a coupon.
3. Permitted PromotionYou may promote Pinell Tools to your own audience through content you create and channels you control. This includes videos, product demonstrations, reviews, comparison articles, blog posts, organic social media, podcasts, your own website, and email to a list that opted in to hear from you. Offline promotion such as trade shows, print, and in-person demonstrations is also permitted.
The Program exists to reach people who have not yet heard of us. We pay commission for audience you bring, not for traffic we could have acquired ourselves.
4. Prohibited PromotionThe following are prohibited. This section overrides any general statement elsewhere in these terms about advertising or promotional channels.
(a) Paid advertising. You may not promote Pinell Tools through paid advertising of any kind that directs traffic to pinelltools.com, whether directly or through a redirect, landing page, or link shortener. This includes Google Ads, Microsoft/Bing Ads, Shopping campaigns, Performance Max, and any other paid search, display, shopping, or social advertising placement. This prohibition applies to all keywords and placements, not only to brand terms. Paid promotion is permitted only with our prior written approval.
(b) Brand and trademark use in advertising. You may not bid on, purchase, or use as a keyword “Pinell,” “Pinell Tools,” “Hub Remover,” or any variation, misspelling, translation, or combination of our brand, product, or domain names. You may not use our name or domain in a display URL, ad headline, or paid ad copy, and you may not register domains, subdomains, or redirects containing our brand names.
(c) Other prohibited conduct. No coupon, deal, or discount-code directory sites without our written permission. No cookie stuffing, forced clicks, iframes, adware, toolbars, or browser extensions. No automated, incentivized, or purchased traffic. No unsolicited email or SMS. No resale of our products on Amazon, eBay, Walmart, or any other marketplace without written approval. No claims about our products beyond what appears on pinelltools.com. No self-referrals or orders placed for your own benefit. You may not represent yourself as an employee, agent, authorized dealer, or distributor of Pinell Tools, or respond to customer inquiries on our behalf.
5. Commissions and PaymentWhen you refer a customer who makes a purchase on our website, you earn a commission calculated according to the Commission structure. Commission is based on order value and does not include extra fees such as tax or shipping.
To receive commission you must complete your payment details in Settings. The payment schedule is shown on the Affiliate Guide page.
Payments are made only for successfully completed transactions. Use of the Program is subject to a fair use policy giving the merchant the right to review each and every referral order. Commission status is shown in the Commission tab and paid commission in the Payment tab. Transactions resulting in chargebacks or refunds will not be paid out.
6. EnforcementOrders generated in violation of these terms earn no commission, and commission already accrued on such orders may be withheld or reversed. We may suspend or terminate your participation at any time for violation of these terms, and may withhold any unpaid balance associated with violating activity.
Our tracking and attribution records, including paid-traffic detection recorded by our affiliate platform, are the record of reference in determining whether a violation has occurred. If we ask you to provide evidence regarding your promotional methods, including advertising account records, failure to provide it within a reasonable period may itself be treated as a violation.
7. Marketing ToolsWe may share promotional media such as banners, logos, or collection promotions through the Marketing tool tab. You may download the media or use the HTML embed code to share on your approved channels. Our logos, images, product photography, and brand names remain our property and may be used only to promote Pinell Tools in the manner permitted by these terms.
8. CookiesWe use a cookie to track people who click your link, so they need to have cookies enabled for us to track them. If a person does not allow cookies or clears their cookies, we cannot track them and cannot pay earnings on that person's activity.
The cookie duration is stated on the Affiliate registration form. Tracking begins when a customer clicks your affiliate link or uses your coupon. Within the cookie window, every order that customer places on our website results in commission to you, with no need for them to click your link again.
9. Removal from the ProgramIf you wish to be removed from the affiliate program, contact info@pinelltools.com.
10. Changes to These TermsWe may update these terms from time to time. Continued participation in the Program after an update constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
