PiperBlue Ambassador Program Terms & Conditions
Welcome to PiperBlue Organic Makeup! Thank you for joining our Ambassador Program.
The following terms and conditions apply to individuals who are accessing or using the Program both as a merchant ("we" or "merchant") and as an ambassador ("you" or "ambassador") who refers customers to use products or services from the merchant.
By participating in the Program, you agree to abide by the terms outlined below. If you do not agree to these terms in full, you are not authorized to participate in the Program.
1. Approval or Rejection of Registration
We reserve the right to approve or reject any Ambassador Program registration at our sole discretion. You shall have no legal recourse against PiperBlue for the rejection of your registration.
2. Ambassador Links and Coupon Codes
Each ambassador is provided with a unique referral link and may also be issued a custom coupon code. If a customer clicks on multiple ambassador links, the most recent link clicked will be credited.
You may only promote coupon codes assigned to you. Promotion of unauthorized codes is not permitted. Ambassadors may advertise their links and codes online (e.g., social media, blogs) or through offline methods (e.g., print ads or personal communication).
3. Commissions and Payment
Ambassadors will receive a commission for purchases made through their unique referral link or coupon code, according to the current commission structure outlined in your ambassador dashboard.
Commissions are calculated on the order subtotal, excluding taxes, shipping, or additional fees.
Commissions are not paid on returns, canceled orders, or fraudulent purchases.
To receive payouts, ambassadors must complete their payment settings.
Commissions will be paid monthly on scheduled dates as published in the Affiliate Guide.
In the level 0 or affiliate program, customers are not linked to ambassadors or affiliates as future customers. In Level 1 or above in the ambassador program, once a customer places an order using your link or code, that customer will be linked to your ambassador account for future commissions—unless they create a new account or request to be reassigned to a different ambassador.
4. Customer Ambassador Reassignment Policy
If a customer is currently associated with an ambassador, they may only be reassigned to a different ambassador upon direct written request from the customer.
If a sale has already occurred under the original ambassador, that commission will remain with the original ambassador.
Any future purchases made after the customer has been reassigned will count toward the new ambassador.
Commissions are not retroactively transferable once a transaction is completed.
This policy is in place to ensure fairness and integrity within the PiperBlue Ambassador Program.
5. Marketing Tools
PiperBlue may provide approved marketing materials such as banners, logos, product images, or campaign graphics through the “Marketing Tools” tab.
These assets may be downloaded and used to promote PiperBlue on social media, blogs, websites, and other permitted channels.
Use of these materials is authorized only during active participation in the program.
Upon resignation or removal, ambassadors must cease using all PiperBlue marketing assets immediately.
Marketing materials may not be altered in any way that misrepresents the brand or misleads customers.
6. Ambassador Network (if applicable)
If the Network feature is active, ambassadors may refer others to join the program using their personal network link. Any sign-ups through this link become the ambassador’s downline, and the upline ambassador may receive a bonus network commission based on merchant settings.
7. Cookie Tracking
Tracking is based on cookies. If a customer clicks your referral link and has cookies enabled, their activity can be tracked for the duration of the cookie window specified in the registration form.
Orders placed during that time will earn you a commission.
If cookies are blocked, cleared, or expire, tracking and commission attribution may not occur.
8. Brand Representation
As a representative of PiperBlue, you agree to:
Reflect PiperBlue’s values of positivity, kindness, and empowerment.
Avoid language or content that is offensive, discriminatory, or misleading.
Follow all FTC guidelines, including disclosing affiliate relationships clearly and accurately.
We reserve the right to remove ambassadors who do not align with our brand values or violate these terms.
9. Use of Media and Content
By joining the Ambassador Program, you grant PiperBlue permission to use your shared photos, videos, and content that feature PiperBlue products for promotional purposes such as:
Social media
Email campaigns
Website displays
Paid advertisements
Credit will be given when possible. Use is limited to content shared while actively participating in the program.
10. Communication and Support
We are committed to fostering a supportive, inspiring, and uplifting community.
All questions or issues should be directed through our official support channels only:
If the support team cannot resolve the matter, it will be escalated to Cindy, our Ambassador Success Advocate.
⏰ Please allow 24–48 business hours (Monday–Friday, 9am–4pm MST) for a response.
⚠️ There may be unofficial groups that resemble PiperBlue support. These are not affiliated with our leadership team and should not be relied upon for official guidance or representation.
11. Removal from the Program
Ambassadors may request to leave the program at any time by emailing ambassadors@piperbluemakeup.com.
PiperBlue reserves the right to remove any ambassador at any time, for any reason, at our sole discretion.
No legal recourse shall be available in the event of termination.
12. Non-Disparagement Clause
Upon removal or resignation, ambassadors agree not to make false, misleading, or disparaging statements—public or private—about:
PiperBlue LLC
Its team, products, or operations
Other ambassadors or affiliates
This includes (but is not limited to): social media, private message groups, blogs, or any public forum.
This clause remains in effect indefinitely after your affiliation with PiperBlue ends.
