Acceptance of Terms: By participating in the PRINT IT OFF affiliate program, you agree to comply with these terms and conditions in their entirety. PRINT IT OFF reserves the right to modify or update these terms at any time without prior notice.

Eligibility: To be eligible to join the affiliate program, you must be at least 18 years old. PRINT IT OFF reserves the right to reject or terminate any affiliate application at its discretion.

Commission Structure: Affiliates will receive a commission of 50% for every sale generated through their unique referral links. Commissions are calculated based on net sales revenue and are subject to adjustment for returns, cancellations, and fraudulent activity.

Payment: Commission payments will be made on a monthly basis. Payments will be made via PayPal. PRINT IT OFF is not responsible for any fees associated with payment processing.

Cookie Duration: Affiliates will receive credit for sales made within 90 days of a customer clicking on their referral link. After 90 days, the cookie will expire, and no commission will be earned on subsequent purchases.

Promotional Guidelines: Affiliates are prohibited from engaging in any deceptive, misleading, or unethical promotional practices. This includes but is not limited to spamming, cookie stuffing, and incentivizing clicks or purchases.

Intellectual Property-Brand: Affiliates may use PRINT IT OFF's logos, trademarks, and marketing materials solely for the purpose of promoting PRINT IT OFF products. Any unauthorized use of PRINT IT OFF's intellectual property is strictly prohibited.

Termination: PRINT IT OFF reserves the right to terminate an affiliate's participation in the program at any time for violation of these terms and conditions or for any other reason deemed appropriate by PRINT IT OFF.

Indemnification: Affiliates agree to indemnify and hold PRINT IT OFF harmless from any claims, damages, losses, or liabilities arising out of their participation in the affiliate program or their breach of these terms and conditions.

Child Safety and Liability Disclaimer: PRINT IT OFF provides craft templates designed for use with children, including handprint and footprint art. It is the responsibility of the affiliate and the end user (customer) to use our templates in a safe and appropriate manner. PRINT IT OFF shall not be held liable for any injuries, accidents, or damages that may occur as a result of using our craft templates, including but not limited to accidents during the crafting process, misuse of materials, or any other unforeseen circumstances. Affiliates are encouraged to promote safe crafting practices and to advise users to supervise children closely during craft activities. By participating in the affiliate program, affiliates acknowledge and accept that PRINT IT OFF bears no responsibility or liability for any incidents that may occur while using our products.

Child Safety Online and Privacy: PRINT IT OFF recognizes the importance of protecting children's privacy and safety online. Affiliates are encouraged to exercise caution and discretion when creating content, including videos, photos, and other media featuring children. While affiliates are free to choose how they showcase our craft templates and engage with their audience, including whether to feature a child's face in promotional materials, it is the responsibility of the affiliate to ensure that they comply with all relevant laws and regulations regarding child privacy and safety. PRINT IT OFF shall not be held liable for any privacy breaches, online risks, or consequences resulting from the affiliate's content creation and promotional activities. Affiliates are advised to obtain appropriate permissions from parents or legal guardians before featuring any children in their promotional materials and to consider the potential impact on the child's privacy and safety. By participating in the affiliate program, affiliates acknowledge and accept that PRINT IT OFF bears no responsibility or liability for any issues arising from the affiliate's handling of child-related content or privacy concerns.

Copyright and Template Usage: PRINT IT OFF templates and printables are protected by copyright and are the exclusive property of PRINT IT OFF. Affiliates are granted a limited, non-exclusive license to use our templates for the purpose of promoting PRINT IT OFF products and generating sales through the affiliate program. Affiliates may not sell, share, or distribute PRINT IT OFF templates or printables to any third parties, including but not limited to sharing via email, social media, or other digital channels. The templates provided to affiliates are for their personal use and promotion only and are not to be reproduced, copied, or used for large-scale print runs. Affiliates are prohibited from selling PRINT IT OFF templates on other platforms or websites, including but not limited to third-party marketplaces or craft marketplaces. Any unauthorized use or distribution of PRINT IT OFF templates will constitute a breach of copyright and may result in termination of the affiliate's participation in the program. By participating in the affiliate program, affiliates acknowledge and agree to abide by these copyright restrictions and respect PRINT IT OFF's intellectual property rights.

Protection of Intellectual Property-Templates: PRINT IT OFF values creativity and innovation and invests significant time and resources into developing unique designs and ideas for our templates and printables. Affiliates are prohibited from replicating, imitating, or otherwise stealing PRINT IT OFF's ideas or designs for use in other materials or products, whether for personal or commercial purposes. This includes but is not limited to creating similar templates, designs, or products that closely resemble those offered by PRINT IT OFF. Any attempt to replicate or use PRINT IT OFF's intellectual property without authorization constitutes a violation of our rights and will result in immediate termination of the affiliate's participation in the program. By participating in the affiliate program, affiliates agree to respect and uphold PRINT IT OFF's intellectual property rights and refrain from engaging in any activities that may infringe upon those rights.

Governing Law: These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Australia. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Australia.
